I went in looking for a mug. Told me they didn’t have a mug press or hat press on site. But still advertised the mugs and hats. Settled on a shirt cause I was on a deadline, my own fault. I asked for one photograph to be added to a tshirt. One photograph from my phone. When he showed me from a distance it looked fine, he bagged it up quickly and asked for payment. I left the store and took it out only to see lines thru the faces. I took it back and he told me he tried printing the picture out multiple times and it came out with various patterns of lines each time and “the printer can only handle so much” whatever that means. Told him I wouldn’t have made the purchase if I knew there was an issue. Told me he couldn’t do anything about it, wouldn’t offer a refund. Not to mention I had asked for it to be cropped and it wasn’t, but I was willing to deal with that. And the border he put around it was uneven. But the line thru the faces was the killer. Stopped on the store today at the Moorestown Mall. Gentleman behind the counter was SUPER helpful. Showed us a couple samples of what he’d done recently. Encouraged us to look around and come back if we didn’t find anything. After wandering through the other stores, My son and I went and grabbed a bite to eat and looked through some images we may want on our shirts.
