Very disappointed in the manager at this location. I went in to do an online return which I had called the store to verify I could and was told that it would be OK to do. I went in to do the return and the manager accused me of lying about calling and said her associates would have never said to bring it in,continually interrupted me and was overall just very condescending. I even had the date and time I called. They said to write down my information including the card I used for them to email customer service for a return authorization and to leave the product with them and I'd see a credit in about 3 days. I've never heard of such a return system in my life. I took my order with me and will be shipping it back via FedEx which I would have done in the beginning if I had not been told I could do an in store return.
