Well, it pains me to give out 2star reviews but my experience was bad. I hardly give out 1 & 2 star reviews but my experience was justified.
I had very high hopes for this spot because I enjoy bobas & banh mi.
Unfortunately, the boba was very very disappointing. I showed pictures of my drinks while at the shop just to show that I didn't butcher any of these drinks myself.
The drinks were ok, but the presentation/volume was terrible. They amount of boba in each cup was not consistent. I do not know why they thought it was a good idea to even serve a nearly half empty boba to me.
If all 3 drinks were of the same volumes then I wouldn't even have complained. But it is what it is.
It's not like they have drink sizes as an option for their boba offerings. The price for these drinks were $1 more than most boba spots so they should have done better to justify their pricing.
The banh mi were good but I do not like the price. It was pretty pricey.
I also waited a pretty long time for my drinks and banh mi and it wasnt even busy. Waited way longer than I have compared to all the boba shops I've been to.
This place was supposedly open since last June but I hope they get their stuff together. I'll give it another a month before I go back and see if they change my mind because I'd rather highlight the positives of a business than bash them but this one...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy family was super excited this establishment was coming to Mooresville. Over a 2 day period, we tried 5 different drinks and 1 sandwich. The best drink was the Strawberry Stormy and the worst was, well the other 4 drinks. On opening day we ordered Matche Latte, Brown Sugar Boba, and Dragon fruit Mango greenTea. The Matcha Latte and Dragon fruit tea was bland and unsweetened. Imagine drinking unsweetened matcha! We also had the Crispy Pork Belly Heo Quay...the sandwich was flavorful but the meat was missing, there was very little meat on the sandwich. Even though day 1 was a complete miss, we went back on day 2 to give them a second try.
Today we got the Hawaiian Fruit Black Tea and a Strawberry Stormy. When I ordered, I told one of the ladies that 2 of our drinks from yesterday were unsweetened and asked them to make sure a sweetener was added. Well, no sweetener was added. There was nothing Hawaiian about the Hawaiian Tea; it was more of a citrus tea and again, unsweetened. The Strawberry Stormy was good and tasted like fresh strawberries but again no sweetener. I'm not sure if I will support this business again but I wish them...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI got a Milk Tea on their opening day and it was very good!
I come back today to order another one after checking their hours online (which say they open at 11:00am).
When I arrive their sign out front says they actually open at 10:00am, which is just fine though I would have come earlier had I know that.
I open the UNLOCKED door to step inside and Iām met with a very aggressive woman yelling āWeāre CLOSED!ā
I said āAlright, byeā and promptly left.
This is a completely unacceptable way to treat a costumer regardless of circumstances
There was absolutely NOTHING to indicate the shop was closed, in fact all signage and posted information indicated the opposite, including their sign posted by the road which states: Mon-Sun 10am-10pm
I literally just opened the door. Didnāt even get one foot inside before being yelled at.
I do not recommend giving your business to an establishment thatās so disorganized they donāt have correct hours posted, and also will treat their customers as if this disorganization is...
