DTLR — Local services in Morrow

I came here to look for a pair of good running shoes for someone who has flat feet. When I walked in it took a while for someone to come help me even though there were no other customers in the store. When I finally got help from a younger lady who worked there she came and got me the sizes I wanted but only gave me one for each shoe meaning I couldn’t try on both to fully feel what theyd be like on my feet. before I could ask any questions she walked away and completely disappeared. I looked around for her but only saw another employee which was a younger guy. When I asked him which shoe he would recommend for me based on what I said he answered quickly and looked annoyed and walked away as I was still asking him questions about the shoes. SoI just took the shoes and asked chat gpt which ones I should buy and was given an answer. I feel like I shouldn’t have to do this if employees who were just standing around could’ve gave me a human answer and helped me have a better experience. I was polite and patient but it felt like no one wanted to talk to me and all they were doing was just standing around. When I picked a shoe and went to check out they just kind of gave me blank stare and seemed to want me out the store. I only purchased the shoes because they had a really good sale but the customer service was horrible and I really think the manager should talk to...

DO NOT USE DEBIT CARD MACHINE...Went to by shoes for my grandaughter. Was not sure of size.sked if I could return them if they did not fit. Manager said yes and I could get my money back only if I used credit with my debit card. Well they they did not fit and did not have her size. So when I asked for a refund. Same guy said I could not because they were rang up as debit. So i put my card in the credit card machine and it does not give you an option for credit. Both lines read debit. Every were In the US. The credit card machine gives you an option fo either Credit or Debit. But not their machines .He told me the top line is credit although it says debit. After the fact.
