Phantom Fireworks of Morrow — Local services in Morrow

Update: Went back the Sunday before the 4th, customer service was decidedly better. Got about $170 in fireworks. All of the workers were helpful and nice.

Initial visit: Poor customer service. I went around 9am. Now im thinking this is a warehouse type setup, no food, no reason why my small dog cant tag along. Get there. Not many people, in fact staff (everyone was apparently called in) out number customers at this point in the day. I had my dog in one arm, grabbed a cart and put him in. There is a desk of about 6 employees greeting and signing people in, they all see the dog. I sign the paperwork at the desk get told the line about the bogo sale and im off. 15 minutes and im filling up the cart with a few things. Every employee sees the dog in the cart all smiles no issue. The dog is quiet no problems. Someone walks up and tells me they have a policy of no pets.

Why did i not get told this in the beginning? I walked past more than 10 employees, why did no one know this? Thats just poor customer service and annoying. I have no problem being told no pets allowed. Other than the weird policy of not allowing pets in a warehouse with no food, im fine with just leaving and going somewhere else. But dont let me shop and then tell me I cant have a pet. Maybe Ill go back to this place before the 4th and maybe I wont. Also there were no signs of any kind that said...

Wonderful customer service, mediocre prices. At first it seemed that it was insanely overpriced, but there is one small sign in the store that says it's "buy one get one free", which makes the prices only somewhat higher than in Missouri, where I'm from.

But their customer service is far beyond the government-stagnated stands in Missouri. Admittedly, it was after Independence Day, so I didn't have a lot of competition in the store, but they were more helpful than most stores of any kind, answering my individual questions in detail, even letting me know when more expensive items would actually be a waste of my money, and held the store open when I...

Rating one star due to the horrible experience we had with our fireworks once purchased. Most of the firecrackers did not perform well/correctly. We would light & nothing would happen. We had a few that would actually light but then fall over and started shooting in our direction instead of upward as we set the fireworks up. This was EXTREMELY DANGEROUS defects within the fireworks. We had toddlers ready to enjoy the show instead we had to remove them due to the fear of the defects actually harming someone. Would NEVER buy for this company again!! The customer service from the staff was okay 3.5/5, only the waiver girls...
