Hello, please run from the school. They’ll call you to do a tour and they won’t let you leave until you sign up. I am 29 now but I went to the school about three years ago a little over that I feel like I was forced to sign up, but they when they figure out our situation and know that you’re eager to get in and get started they take advantage of that The first red flag was when we were in orientation and the lady kept saying if it’s not for you if this is not for you hurry up and leave because after 10 days or so this is gonna be you’re gonna have to pay for student loans are you gonna be upset? She just kept emphasizing that that was the first red Flag. Then when I met my teacher, I was doing the dental assisting field by the way, and her name was Mrs. Stallworth. It already was the second red flag me and her were the same age both 27 years old tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but throughout the whole class she never taught us. All she did was pull up YouTube videos for us to watch Never went over the lesson plan and telling us what to do with chapters to read what review what’s need to be put in? Should just wait to the end of the week and say oh y’all should be done with everything and everyone will look confused because she would never give us no real direction. She would just be on her phone or put on YouTube videos One day. I questioned something that wasn’t right and she snapped at me to the point I went to the front office and demanded that they remove me from the school and I’m so glad that I did. Everyone was so upset that I did not want to go to the school anymore. They didn’t bother having a conversation with her about her work ethic. They just want your money. The reason why I’m coming now to leave this review is because I have a friend that’s been going to the school for years and trying to finish but unable to finish due to the fact she has Crohn’s disease so every time she finishes the whole program when it comes to externship, they withdraw her to the point she has to start all over so you keep taking people money but then when they reach hardships or something going on, you don’t wanna work with them. You just tell them they gotta take the classes all over again? Then I went for dental assistant you actually don’t need to go to school for dental assistant you can actually do be an intern at a dental office. You don’t have to pay over $20,000 just to get a certification and this school has been in the news and other places for running scams. Just an FYI They rule you in by giving you a little computer and little extra stuff and they just playing in people face and they’re taking advantage of a lot of people in a situation that’s trying to get out of it just FYI it’s up to you if you want to proceed, but if I was you try your best to go to an accredited for your collegeor just not this and I hope this helps someone be blessed. I would like to say that UEI is a school where not only they help you in every way possible but they set opportunities up for you that NO OTHER SCHOOL WOULD DO. As a student you have to take accountability for your own actions. Admission set the tone in telling you what to expect however YOUR INSTRUCTORS set the tone on how to get what you need in order to be successful in your field of choice not only do they take they necessary steps in making sure you are comfortable, and acclimated with the MODs your in they call, email and text to ensure you are up to speed and also offer alternate sessions for the students that have trails and challenges during the week just so you wont failed due to attendance. UEI also have a career service department that will not only locate you a site but will also put you on a site that is hiring. It is up to "the student" again to do their part as far as communication when you have other challenges in your life that you cant accommodate what was put in place to assist the student in getting placed for a job TRUST ME THATS THE GOAL. I can say this.... When your picking trade school that offers hands on experience and UEI MORROW comes up you better make sure you are ready for a true change in your life so you can learn and gain a skill under your belt to better your life because THIS IS THE ONLY SCHOOL THAT CHASE AND CALL AND STALK GROWN ADULTS THAT HAVE WENT MIA. THIS IS THE ONLY SCHOOL THAT CARE SO MUCH ABOUT YOU AND YOUR EDUCATION AND THAT WILL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ENSURE YOU COME TO SCHOOL. Payments are discuss thoroughly BEFORE you sit in a classroom and they give you the option of 14 days to decide weather the program and/or school is not for you. Also they issue you uniforms and and Kindle to ensure that you are equipped to be successful. I know all of this because not only was I a Student here and worked in my field for 8 years but I am now an Instructor. UEI did wonderful things for me and is still doing amazing things for me. UEI @ Morrow, Ga is horrible I wouldn't send my dog to this school they are very unprofessional, always bringing their personal issues into work it's really sad. I attended the BOA program there from September 28, 2017 until June 29, 2018 I didn't like or appreciate the fact that I was lied to from the beginning EVERYTHING they had told me from day one was a lie they intentions are to get you locked in to the school loans it was never for you to better yourself, they treated the BOA program horrible we were always separated from the other programs due to an personal issue the DOE Miss. Norma had with the morning BOA instructor which is not acceptable. I have yet to receive my Diploma and I graduated June 29, 2018 they was trying to make me pay more money to receive it after I was told that I didn't have to make another payment until 30 days after I graduated the same way they made me start making payments and I wasn't even in school a week. I have called corporate a million times and UEI @ Morrow, GA have yet to give me my diploma now I'm taking this to other matters. I have hired an attorney to give me justice for being lied to, stressed out when this should be the happiest time of my life. The only reason I want my diploma is because I've worked hard through ALL of the blood, sweat and tears that UEI has caused in my life and my kids watched me pushed through and made it happen and I can't even show them my completion and that sad. I really wish that I can have another school name put on my diploma because I hate I ever attended this school and I am so embarrassed. So my advice to ALL Future student PLEASE do your research before signing anything because you can not believe any of the staff there it's all a number game...
