Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Matthew or his shop. Issues I experienced: First order: -Sizes ran small and therefore my customers had to have them exchanged. Because of this some of them weren’t able to wear their shirts on the day of our event. Second order: -I placed and paid for the order 3 weeks in advance. I was given a pick up date but didn’t receive the order for another 2 days after that. Honestly, it appeared to me that he forgot about the order because when I called for a totally different reason (2 days before the promised pickup date) he said the the pickup date “snuck up” on him. But how would that happen for an order that you’re preparing? Hence, why my order wasn’t received until 2 days after the originally promised date. -One of the items I ordered was a garment bag (2 in total). On the day that I received the order, I was given 2 drawstring bags (similar to the popular Nike bags). I looked at him and asked why were they included in the order. He informed me that those were supposed to be the garment bags. I replied, “those aren’t garment bags”. He looked confused and then said that he could either give me a refund or order actual garment bags. In the moment I said that I wanted a refund. But after considering the fact that our competition was in 2 days, I called him back and requested that he fulfill the order that I actually placed. After fabricating a story that the website that I sent him listed the drawstring bags as garment bags (they didn’t, I checked), he then told me that he could fulfill my initial order but that I would need to pay him additional money to cover the cost of what an actual garment bag is. At that point I was INFURIATED. I told him that that was not my error, it was his. And that it’s not my fault that he wasn’t educated on an item that he should be, because that’s his industry. Also, because no matter what website I searched (Google, Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc), they all produced accurate images of what a garment bag is so there was no excuse for his error. And if nothing else, if he didn’t know what they were, all he had to do was ask. -To make matters worse, after agreeing to fulfill the order without charging me an additional fee, he had garment bags shipped overnight to meet my deadline. But, unfortunately, I never received those bags either because he burned them while trying to print on them, then bought new ones at several other different stores, and then proceeded to burn those too. All of that, only to call me on the day that he was supposed to drop them off to me to tell me what had happened and that now I’d be receiving no bags and a refund. INFURIATING. -I also needed 5 t-shirts made but after the whole debacle with the garment bags, I told him that I didn’t trust that he could get the job done accurately and on time based on his performance so far. He assured me that he could but I followed my gut and refused to place another order. Especially since I told him that the shirts should’ve included some type of discount (if not free) to compensate for my horrible experience just as a last ditch customer service/courtesy effort. He quickly declined. Even though it was only 5 shirts (smh). At that point I was absolutely done and still am.

My products looked nice once they were actually completed but the headache is so not worth it. Honestly, the headache outshines the work in this case. Luckily, I found another custom shop that does EXCELLENT work, meets deadlines, has superior communication skills, and is very professional! Needless to say, I will NEVER order from Matthew or his shop again and would not recommend it to...

He said he would have the color sweatshirt that I needed on a certain day . No he did not have the color, sent a text message to me on the day I was to pick up the sweatshirt to inform me . So I got the sweatshirt the color that I needed . He put the words on it after correcting the year from 22 to 23 still don’t know how in world he made that mistake and I paid a total of $47.00 for only words . Never ever will go back...

Loved the efficient service! I called at 2pm in request that 2 shirts be made same day for a special occasion, and it was very professional, prompt, and efficient. I can’t remember his name but my shirt was done within the next hour. I I highly recommend going here for all your shirt and other items that need designed!
