I came into get measured for my first ever suit and thought mens wearhouse would be the place to get this handled in a professional way. Well the lady who assisted was professional in most way but the measurements I got was wrong. She wrote me down for a size 19 34/35 shirt and 40/30 pants with a 50r coat. After looking at in store prices I decided that I could a much better deal by buying the items of thier website which I had already been looking at bit was unsure of my sizes. So I proceeded to find my styles options and sizes based on the measurements received in store and when the shirts arrived I tried them on only to learn they were to small. After double checking my list and looking up an online sizing tool I discovered that her knowing thos was my first suit experience still wrote down the closet whole number being a 19 and my neck is actually at 19¼ thus meaning I really should have been lead to a size 20 shirt so 2 shirts I can't use now in my possession. I now start to call about the jacket that hasn't shown up and get told the first store doesn't have it. But hold and a second store will be phones to see if it's there. I am in formed it is there and will be to by weeks end. I still have to call back no communication from mens wearhouse and get informed the second store didn't have one after all and asked if I would like to try a size 48 a smaller jacket! I said no I was fitted for a 50r like I ordered to which I am told well the 50r you ordered is out of stock so we will just send you a size 48r when one comes into stock! I said no I don't want that it's to small they well we are sorry but that's what you ordered and the order has to be filled. So I was left to find a new jacket and get it tailored in less than a week because they made repeated promises to get the jacket to me and failed repeatedly leaving me In a terrible position and with a distain for the brand and to all would be customers jos a banks is owned by mens wearhouse as well so shop local and wise these corporations only care about the dollar$$ not...
Read moreAbout a year ago, I went into this location of Men’s Wearhouse to get measurements, and Justin McKlean was working. He was super friendly and happy to assist, even though I didn’t buy anything. Now fast forward to last Saturday nite (10/28). I found out around 6:00pm on Saturday that I was supposed to wear a suit to an event that started at 6:30. My other one had been left at an event in another state, then hijacked by my Uncle.
So, I had no time at all to get a suit and get to the function. So, I drove over to Men’s Wearhouse, walked in, and there was Justin. I gave him a quick rundown of budget, style, and how little time I had. We looked over a few, and found one I liked. We tried on a few sizes (within the scope of my measurements) to see which style fit I liked the best.
While they were hemming the pants in the back, Justin made a few suggestions for shirts and accessories to accompany the suit. He wasn’t pushy at all, but I did appreciate his advice. One of the combos I liked so much that I actually bought it, even though I hadn’t planned to.
Justin takes his job very seriously. I feel like he should be selling custom suits to stock brokers in NYC or something. He was amazingly knowledgeable and easy to work with. He is perfectly suited for the job, and that is extremely obvious.
I could not have had a better experience at this store. I walked in a few minutes after 6, and was walking out with a great ensemble by 6:45. I got tons of compliments on it at the event. Justin was great, as was Dave, the manager. I will be back. And you should go...
Read moreI probably wouldn't recommend Men's Wearhouse to anyone. We got married this past weekend October 7,2017 and when me and my husband went in and ordered our tux the gentlemen we talked to was AWESOME and very personable BUT the Thursday before the wedding we started to experience a lot of trouble. 5 out of the 10 groomsmen and my dad had to go back numerous times to get their tuxes because something was messed up with each of them. One of the groomsmen pants were half way up his calves which made him have to travel 45 mins away THE DAY OF THE WEDDING and all the other groomsmen/my dad had pants and vests one or two sizes too small.. the vest issue wouldnt have been as bad if the groomsmen were going to be wearing jackets but they weren't. And only 1 out of the 5 or 6 were offered a discount for all their trips back and forth to the store to fix Men's wearhouse's mistake. Just a warning to proceed with caution when using them because this added a lot of extra stress we should not have had the day before and day of...
