I go to this office to get allergy serum for my local doctor to administer. Every time I need to reorder the serum there is one problem after another. The latest problem. Last Wednesday, my doctor faxed a request to get new serum. I would expect that that would be all that is required to get this going, but no, I have had problems in the past and knew I had to follow through with this. The next day, I called and asked if they received the fax. They did not or could not find it and said they would send a message to the right person to get this going and I would get a call next week. It is now Wednesday of the next week and I have not heard anything. I called and was told the person who I need to speak to is home sick. No one else there can help me. I don't know if anything has been done on this yet. I have to wait another day to find out. Getting allergy shots is time sensitive. Every time I try to order serum I get the same or similar problems. I have 100% of the responsibility to get this done and people I call or try to see are not helpful. If you are thinking of a place for allergy injections, I do not recommend...

During a yearly skin cancer check was advised that the V beam laser could address some small red marks from my face. Paid $100 for a consult with Dr Sommers and was advised that the V beam laser would work "great" and should remove the red spots in one to two treatments with "a day or two of redness". Had procedure 2/10 and walked out of the office looking like I was in a car wreck. Woke up the next day with my face so swollen and bruised I could see my cheeks from my own eyes! Called the practice and it took them a full 24 hours to get back to me and they provided nothing. My face looked absolutely atrocious for a full TWO WEEKS and when resolved I had ZERO benefit as red marks are still 100% there. The procedure was wildly oversold, I wasn't adequately warned of the risk by the provider and I paid $275 to make my face look awful with ZERO benefit. Couldn't recommend...

I have had better experiences at this health center than at any other medical facility. Everybody here seems to be at the top of their game, from allergies to dermatology concerns, and even prescription eyeglasses. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to be helpful. For example, today, Dr. Olsen tested my daughter Jessica for a broad range of allergies by bringing discreet sections of her back into contact with things that may cause the human body to overreact. Within 20 minutes, we learned that avoiding certain foods was the opposite approach of what we should be doing, and exactly what we could be doing better instead. This is one of those facilities that is well worth the money even if you don't have insurance, because it provides solutions that would otherwise be counterintuitive and too specific to be generalized with...
