The management of this place has degraded over the past year. Today, I showed up to get my injection. I checked in and sat until they called me back. They then told me my new vials were not ready and they would need to reschedule me. It takes 90 minutes to drive there, get the shot and drive home. Why would they not have notified me earlier and not waste my time? The only communication was to confirm my appointment.
A few months ago, they called and rescheduled my appointment from Monday to Tuesday due to a holiday. Why did they originally book the Monday appointment knowing it was a holiday for them (it was not a holiday for me). When I showed up on Tuesday, they said I was past the “window” by one day and would need to start over with the build up schedule. They should have known this and rescheduled me accordingly. The technician was not empathetic and I had to demand to talk to a manager. I then waited quite awhile to talk to a doctor to get a variance and get my shot that day. Something needs to change!

Received a voicemail that my new vials are in and, since I already have an appointment, I’m good to go. The problem is my appointment was the 4-week follow up to the on they cancelled last week. If I wait until then, most likely I’ll have to start over with the build up schedule - again. I need an appointment this week to avoid that! Why don’t they look at my records and realize that? I’ve tried to call them four times today and they keep disconnecting the call. Yes, it rings several times and then hangs up....
Read moreWe have been coming here for over 2 years and have had multiple issues. I have expressed these concerns with the staff with no follow up or even concern about the service level they provide. Today - although very small it just speaks to the way they think. We checked in and tried to schedule our next visit but … we don’t know what schedule she is on. So we don’t know if it’s 2-4 weeks or 4-6 weeks, neither do the schedulers. We have to wait to talk to the medical staff. Why?? It’s got to be in our records - right? Just one more way that University Health Allergy Clinic does not want to provide...
