Stupid Factory — Local services in Myrtle Beach

Great products but not impressed with the customer service. When I went to check out the girl up front was complaining about being at work and how these last 45 min couldn’t go faster. Once we got back to our hotel my boyfriend went to put his shirt on and they left the security tag on. I called the place they said we will have to go back. And they couldn’t do anything for us because the manager wasn’t in. I explained to them we didn’t have a rental and it would cost us $20 to get back to the board walk so a $22 shirt would now me over $40 and I asked if they could do a refund because now I have to throw the tishirt out. Very disappointed. Money doesn’t grow on trees and now my boyfriend is out a birthday present and I’m out $22..... I will never go into this store again. It's kinda like going into a Spencer's. Lots of novelty stuff. Nicknacks. Some adult humor. Just like Spencer's it can be pricey. But I wouldn't expect anything less considering the location. Tourists=money. Duh. I only spent $4 but all I got was some key caps. I love them. Good quality thus far, cute and not something I could find in Walmart. Staff was super nice and friendly. Always a plus when you bond with your cashier over a mutual love for Supernatural. Tons of products to choose from. Only complaint is that there is so much stuff you're constantly in someone's way. My family and I are on vacation and it’s our first time in Myrtle Beach. We decided to stop by your shop. When we walked in we were greeted. Nice.
