Was absolutely looking forward to this visit as we have been to Texas De Brazil and Fogo de Chao both Brazilian Steakhouse's and excellent quality meats and atmosphere... sadly RIOZ missed the mark. First parking is plentiful and the entrance is warm and welcoming. Next are the employees... absolutely 5 ⭐ with a smile and desire to make your experience enjoyable, regretfully to our party of five it ended there. In every other steakhouse the dining area is bright and well appointed, RIOZ is more like entering a cave. Tables are old, scratched, no table cloths and Black napkins. Chairs are uncomfortable wooden as opposed to cushioned with a dark old carpet. The first course is the buffet bar. In this case it was ok but looked tired with little cheese selections, no smoked salmon or additional non meat protein selections. Cold cuts that looked like they have been out there a bit to long. Tried the spicy bacon, good but a bit over cooked and so many slices stuck together that it was tough to just get a few pieces. Now one of our guests is a vegetarian, and with the exception of the shrimp had no other protein choices and felt like her $29.95 charge for the Buffet area wasn't worth the price so I give it 2 ⭐.The table had what was supposed to be some sort of cheese biscuits but were stale and dry Zero ⭐. Now the meat... flipped our cards over and were swamped with offerings of all these types. Flank Steak... tough and chewy but well seasoned 2 ⭐, other steak offerings also were tough and chewy. Lamb chops were good as was other Lamb but again a bit on the chewy side 3 ⭐. Garlic Steak was the best 5 ⭐, sausage was ok as was chicken 4 ⭐. We had a special discount card and did not pay the normal price but if we had would have felt like we didn't get a good return on our visit. RIOZ, I suggest that you step back after the busy summer season and brighten up the place, open the wall to the bar area, change the atmosphere and start to review the quality of the meat offerings as well as better buffet selections and...

OMG, I just wanted to thank this 5 star restaurant!!!!!! The food was delicious and the service from this restaurant and the people who work there is impressive, our waitress was named Marcela and Hudson, Marcela was always had a big smile, from the moment we sat down she received us with a big smile and explained to us how everything worked in detail, He kept our drinks always full of truth she did his job very well, I saw how she always served the tables with a big smile, she has such a sweet personality that every time we looked at her we admired her, I love so much when a restaurant has quality service, with waiters who always have a big smile and give the customer a five-star service. I like how everyone works as a great team and communicates very well with each other, the managers and customer service people are always very attentive, the guys that brought the meats were also very good at their jobs, the gaucho Mitchell took great care of us and brought the meats that we always asked for, this restaurant is truly my favorite in all of Myrtle Beach, I was very impressed by all the good things that this restaurant has to offer, if you are looking for a restaurant with the best service, and the best servers I recommend this one 100 percent, thank you Rioz, thank you Marcela, Hudson and your team, and thank you Mitchell and your team for making our night unforgettable, the best food I have ever had and the best service I have ever received In my life, we are very happy to have been here tonight and it is the first time I am here but it will not be the last, I will bring more people with me so they can see the quality of food they serve and the quality of service they have here, without a doubt I will ask for my star waitress Marcela and my star gaucho Mitchell, I would definitely come again to receive that great service they offer, thank you Rioz for this unforgettable experience.

I truly recommend lamb chops, flank steak, pineapple and cheese,...

I was visiting Myrtle Beach for the first time for my Fiance's Birthday and decided to celebrate at this location. I made reservations weeks before. I am aware that because it was Valentine's day weekend it would peobably be busy, however this turned out to be one of the worst first experiences ever. Our reservation was for 6 pm. When we got there parking was horrible, we ended up having to park across the street. We walked in and there were crowds of people standing everywhere waiting to be seated. We get to the desk to check in and the desk clerk said there would would be a wait, but someone would text me when our table was ready. Cool, we waited 15 minutes, nothing. We spoke to another employer and asked how much longer and she stated she didn't know. We waited another 10 minutes, by that time another guest asked for the manager, she came out and the guy advised her he had a reservation for 6:30 and he had clients with him and that he was embarrassed at how they were handling the reservations. The manager immediately rushed to service him, mind you my reservation was at 6, we asked this same manager how much longer we had to wait and she looked at us like we were speaking a foreign language and literally walked off. The Nerve of her. I could have and really wanted to make a scene, but I took my money to their other location in North Myrtle Beach without a reservation and was seated immediately. Kudos to them, the service was awesome and we really enjoyed the food. I would never set foot in this location ever again all because the manager had an unprofessional attitude and lacks customer service. Oh after we left I received a text at 6:45 to make my way to the walkway to be seated lol. I would expect a business of their caliber to be more professional and courteous to their patrons who are spending their hard earned money to keep them...

This is a review of the wonderful, exceptional, unmatched experience I have had at RIOZ, and namely- the incredible- no, the impeccable Masha & Marcella: From the moment I was greeted to the moment we left, Masha and Marcella blessed us with their presence and smiles. They sat us down and listened to our requests, concerns, comments, and even some fears. I am a changed man after eating the elegant food that is only served at Brazilian steakhouses like Rioz. This experience leaves me wanting to search the finer, deeper things in life, to touch tips with Aristotle, Socrates, John Cena, and Barack Obama. Fingertips like in the Picasso paintings in the Cistine Chapel. I will always remember the service of these two angels and I will make sure people far and wide and in between hear about what I now call- the MASHA & MARCELLA EFFECT. If dragons from medieval times were to return, I’m confident, almost certain I would slay the largest fire breather and take all of its scales, then: 1. Grind them into a powder 2. Mix with pure gold given freely from Elon musks gold mines to create an impermeable ANTI FIRE dragon scale suit of armor and ball dresses 3. Gift these to both Masha and Marcella, of RIOS Brazilian Steakhouse in Myrtle Beach South Carolina, to show just how amazing this experience has been. 4. All I need is another pair of Beats by Dre while I do this, if Rios Headquarters can provide these I would be greatful. 5. Live the rest of my life peacefully knowing I got to meet and eat at RIOS steakhouse- with the two servers that make RIOS what it is today. Thank you so much. I will never forget this amazing experience. -Ariel

Having eaten at Fogo de Chao in King of Prussia and Philadelphia I had to put Rioz to the test. How would they stand up against Fogo you ask? Hands down, without needing to pause, they are a solid 5, more stars if it were allowed. Rachel, thank you for your solid attendance for everything we needed! Gene, and I hope I'm getting it right, superb! Now onto the food itself... Top sirloin, tasteful throughout and perfect medium cooked! Picanha, the edging had a wonderful flavoring, but once that was gone the meat itself, not so much. The lamb chops, per hubby, a 10! The fillet should have been more flavorful, let's work on that and you'll rock it! I wish the beef ribs were given as a whole, not sliced, but that's me, a die hard foodie 😳🤣🤣. Now let's not forget the salad bar! Since this is Myrtle Beach the shrimp, which I never eat, WERE GREAT! SUSHI, WONDERFUL!! Whew, almost went back there just now! All salads, fruit, cheese, veggies are fresher then fresh! Let us not forget at Fogo they put mashed potatoes on your table. But, and that's a huge but, they aren't really fresh mashed potatoes. But here you go get your own and if not careful you'll return for more. You'll even catch some skin in there! Another great point! Do not forget to try the caipiroska drink! Order it, now! lol! Either strawberry, pineapple, or others I can't remember, you choose. Finally, thanks to all there, cooks, servers, etc. I'll be back! Pssttt Gene, remember that table ok?!!!😂😊 Oh and wait, take dessert home. You will forgive yourself later!
