I Heart MB Resort Clothes. — Local services in Myrtle Beach

This will hopefully be a wake up call to the corporate management of this store. I don’t usually give a 1-star review, but this bad experience should make everyone aware. The initial total of my purchase was $23. However when I checked my online banking, the Manager charged my account $81. I tried getting a refund (which should’ve been a simple action) but the manager was rude. He spoke gibberish and utter nonsense in an attempt to make himself the victim of the situation instead of calmly fixing the over-transaction. At that point, one could tell that the Manager intentionally overcharged my account because his bickering psychologically revealed his fault of action. It got so bad that I had to call 911 to get Police Assistance because the Manager refused to correct his mistake and didn’t even explain how the over-charge happened. I kept all the critical documentation for the future, if needed. If they’ve been doing this to previous customers, imagine the amount of money they have been STEALING from others who didn’t know about this heinous act. Be careful shopping at this store. ALWAYS double check your accounts once a payment is processed as it’s easy for people like them to steal your hard-earned money. In summation, I hope this review will raise awareness to the pernicious actions going on at “I Heart MB Resort Clothes”. If Corporate has any questions, feel free to respond to this review. My sister and I just left this store and it’s sad the customer service we received. The sign outside said 50 percent off entire store. We grab two items and head to the register we asked about the sign outside and the woman said the tags are already marked down accordingly which was fine. My sister begins to have a conversation with me not the cashier who is clearly bitter because she’s old didn’t live her life properly and forms an opinion about ppl before getting to know them. My sister was talking to me saying the sign was probably to get people in but again we were okay with the price. Mind you there are like 4 other stores that are the same right next door. So the woman immediately gets rude starts hollering about we don’t have to buy anything mind you we hadn’t even addressed her about it at all she should have minded her business and just take the payment. We weren’t getting smart, didn’t have an attitude NOTHING When I tried to express we were fine and wasn’t talking to her she began to yell at us and we just walked away when we were leaving she then told us to get out. I ❤MB and Beach Life( the store across the street) are affiliated. The prices are high. I bought an item for $6, went to Eagles (the store beside it) and it was only $3. My sister asked about using their 10% off coupon (in coupon book) and was told they NO LONGER TAKE THOSE. I then went to register and after totaling my stuff handed the cashier my coupon which she took off 10%🤔! AT BEACH LIFE: Skinny Hispanic lady is VERY RUDE. The customer in front of me asked if she can have her bag, (FREE BEACH BAG WITH $20 PURCHASE) she replied "I don't care Maam, you can have the whole store" WITH AN ATTITUDE. She also overcharged me rushing!!! AVOID these two stores, EAGLES is WAYY better, more organized, friendlier staff...
