Subway — Restaurant in Myrtle Beach

This is the first local Subway that I have found to be unsatisfactory. While I was trying to order, the woman supposedly taking the order continued to interrupt me by talking to a coworker. I had to restate my order several times. At first my sandwich, a 6" meatball, tasted rather good. About halfway through that changed. The second half of the sandwich had an odd taste. Not wanting food poisoning, I threw it out. Unfortunately, I did have to use the men's bathroom. It was disgusting. Undoubtedly the filthiest bathroom I've seen in years. It was so bad, I fled without washing my hands because I felt it would be counter-productive considering the mess. Thankfully, I had hand cleaner in my car. Very disappointed I’m on vacay & ordered delivery my order was not correct I asked for 2 sandwiches to be toasted gave precise directions. Plus ask for cheese on one sandwich there was no cheese. Called to see what could be done the MANAGER stated I could bring the sandwiches in store to exchange. I ordered delivery thru Grubhub plus my husband was on business in car & left me @ hotel. So I ask for a refund they refused & never apologized for messing up order. I heard the manager while on phone ask employee why didn’t they toast the sandwiches etc. it was also in special instructions. After having a great weekend at the beach I was just about to leave and I begin to feel hungry so I went to get Subway only for the real gentleman named Billy and the lady named Bonnie to get into a small argument about Billy not wanting to fix any sandwiches he only wanted to run the register so when he came over to help fix the sandwiches I asked them were they okay once he came over to fix the sandwich and then he threw his hands up and said he can't do this and walked in the back and I didn't even get a discount for the drama today I won't be back at this Subway but my vacation...
