She NEVER reimbursed for the shipping or sent replacement earrings AS SHE OFFERED SHE WOULD. I really loved the earrings and now that I have sent them back, she is ignoring my emails. I never received any monetary or physical item as replacement. Awful business owner and customer service. I will be sending this information to the Better Business Bureau.

The store owner steals designs from small brands and shamelessly passes them off as her own. Nantucket is a beautiful island with many wonderful small businesses. If you care about who you're supporting when you shop, I would recommend going literally anywhere else.
