Free People — Local services in Napa

Just wanted to do a current shout out to all my ladies at my local Napa, CA Free People Store. This crew, with Michelle(my favorite manager👍) at the helm…always know how to roll out the red carpet and take such good care of me.

I am consistently provided exceptional service and support whilst I’m shopping in this store. And believe me, I am there ALOT. And being that I am such a frequent shopper of your store(both in store and on-line) I tend to unintentionally require more assistance than the average customer does. That’s my delicate way of explaining what a pain in the backside I can be. Yet I have always been, and continue to always be, treated like royalty when I am in your shop here in Napa.

It’s never just a simple transaction with me (like literally) there’s always complicated exchanges, returns, losing my gift cards, etc etc. but I have all the faith in the world in these ladies to help me square up whatever dilemma I bring with me. And I appreciate it beyond words. I’m a person that believes immensely in the importance of customer service. And y’all are hitting it straight outta the park every time @ your Napa location. One star. I am visiting from out of state and my daughter and I love this place such great perfume. Not cheap. I should have checked before I bought it but with the price and quality I didn’t. We were recently in Napa Valley for vacation and my Wife loves Free People. The service was good.

My wife is a size xs. She found the items she liked in store and we ordered with the salesperson online.

It was a great suggestion and we didn’t have to pack it with us on the plane ride home.
