The person at the beach permit counter is having a bad day. Initially forgot my car registration- my bad. Then only my husbands name was on the registration so I had to show her my car insurance card that she questioned bc she never heard of the company before. Said it was a homeowners policy. Nope it says auto. Both of our names are on our insurance card. And the tax bill. And my husbands name only is on the registration so she needed to see him. I read 2 different areas online and it doesn't state anywhere that only certain zip codes are permitted to get their beach pass here at city hall. I was denied and sent elsewhere. To put it frankly if you're from the Estates you can’t get your beach pass here. I give it one star for lack of online information and for the front desk lady who truly looked miserable...
