This company has been very difficult to deal with, while we were dealing with an extremely difficult move to Naples.
FIRST, the workers at Aadvisor rentals told us we could ship our furniture here to our new rental home and the owner would store their furniture at another location. When we arrived we found out they had never spoke with the owner. The owner did not want us to move our furniture in so we had spent thousands of dollars shipping furniture that we would ultimately have to store for an entire year in an air conditioned storage unit (very pricey.) This company did not apologize or try to help us at all with this inconvenience.
Wait, it gets worse...
One week later our landlords asked us to terminate a year long lease so they "did not lose their house while going through some personal issues," so despite having JUST moved in the week prior we looked for somewhere else to say. We felt it was the right thing to do, even though we loved this home and had a difficult time finding a house with the amenities, pool and location we preferred.
Aadvisor rentals was the owner's property manager and/or realtor. They would be handling the "lease termination" which included the exchange of funds for us to move out and return of our deposit. In an effort to get this done quickly so we didn't waste our last week off before returning to work Aadvisor rentals was extremely slow and rude in handling this situation for us. They took days to write up the termination agreement that was literally 3 paragraphs long. They were not in the office when we showed up the day we were supposed to collect our deposit and move out. They were not reachable by phone.
I repeat, I've never dealt with people this unhelpful before particularly in a situation where we were going out of our way to help everybody out.
On top of that, they were rude about us finding our own house with our own realtor instead of moving into a place they had for rent that was 20 minutes away from the location we were very clear we wanted to stay in.
Even the people working in the office while the managers were missing in action were rude and obnoxious. When we went in to print and sign the termination agreement that had been emailed to us the day before they knew nothing about the situation (clearly not their fault) but instead of being helpful they assured us "if there was anything written up it would be in your file," which it wasn't. When we forwarded them the email they did not apologize for being so rude they just went on with their business. The managers were not in the office and they told us "maybe they will be in later." Maybe?? On the day we were moving out, expected our deposit returned, and had to turn in the keys, MAYBE they would be in later? We were expected to move out in less than 5 hours and MAYBE they would be around later. They said they could not get in touch with them, and that we should just try their cell phone. Of course, they were not reachable.
There was ONE very nice, polite and helpful lady there, but unfortunately she was not in a position to take care of everything we needed, and she did not make up for the fact that everyone else was unprofessional and obnoxious for no reason.
My wife and I are both young physicians, and we are very laid back. I've actually never been so bothered in my entire life by a group of people to go as far as to post a review online like this before.
There are dozens if not hundreds of rental/realtor/property managerial groups around Naples, Florida to use, so I would stay away from this one.
To be fair, there might be some good people here, but 3 out of the 4 people we dealt with fit into the description above, so I wouldn't...
Read moreWhen searching for a professional property management company, the expectation is clear: fast response times, clear communication, and a reliable service. With Premier Property Management, however, my experience has been the opposite, and it raises serious doubts about the authenticity of their online reputation.
The first red flag is the extremely unusual pattern of reviews. On Google, you see a large number of one-star reviews describing poor service, unresponsiveness, and lack of professionalism. At the same time, there is also a surprising amount of five-star reviews that sound overly positive, almost scripted. What is completely missing are balanced two-, three-, or four-star experiences that usually give a more realistic picture of a company. This polarization alone makes it very likely that Premier Property Management is engaged in buying or manipulating reviews, something that unfortunately has become common practice for companies trying to polish their image.
My personal dealings with the company support the negative side of this picture. I reached out several times with a simple request for a quote. I expected at least a confirmation or a short message outlining the next steps. Instead, I received no reply at all. No email, no call, not even a standard automated acknowledgment. For a business that claims to be professional, such complete silence is unacceptable. Communication is the foundation of trust in property management, and if a company fails at that very first step, how can they possibly deliver reliable service later on?
The impression this leaves is that Premier Property Management is not genuinely interested in serving all potential clients. They seem to only respond when a project looks especially profitable or prestigious, while “ordinary” requests are ignored. That may be a strategy for them, but for customers it is frustrating, unprofessional, and frankly disrespectful. It shows a company more in line with a one-star rating than a five-star one.
The bigger issue here goes beyond just one company. Review manipulation misleads customers and undermines trust in online platforms. For someone trying to decide which property manager to hire, it becomes a headache to separate genuine feedback from fabricated praise. Consumers end up spending unnecessary time trying to interpret suspicious patterns instead of being able to rely on honest experiences.
Google should step up and take stronger action against this practice. Companies with a highly unnatural distribution of reviews should be flagged, and stricter verification systems for reviewers should be in place. Otherwise, the credibility of online ratings continues to erode, and businesses that do not actually deliver quality service can still benefit from an inflated reputation.
Based on my own experience, I cannot recommend Premier Property Management. A serious company treats every inquiry with respect, communicates openly, and values potential clients regardless of project size. Premier Property Management did none of this. For me, they are much closer to a one-star company that avoids real work than the five-star image they try to project online. Customers should be aware of this gap before...
Read more2 stars so far. I rented with this company for 2 years, before the owner decided to sell the house. This company has some really strong points, but does unjustly keep deposits/portions of the deposit. I just came on here to get their information to begin the legal process of having my security deposit returned if need be. No surprise to see a few other reviews mention this same issue. I can't say I've had the same experience in other areas however. Any issues with maintenance problems were always addressed in a timely manner, and this company makes good use of technology. Everything you need to do as far as signing a lease, or opening a maintenance request can be done online anytime of day. Your financial records relating to your home are also stored and easily accessible online. Orlando is lovely, and none of the employees have ever been rude to us in any way. There does seem to be a bit of pass around when needing to get in touch with an actual person, but nothing beyond a bit of annoyance. I reached out early to ensure our rental would be available again, and the staff waited longer than 30 days to return my emails, and I had to email several times. The employees then were not both given the same information I believe. So on the office front, there's room for improvement. Overall I had a wonderful experience living in our beautiful home, and would have recommended them for renters, buyers, and owners alike, until my deposit came up. They want to keep around $600 for baseboard and touch-up painting. I painted all baseboards before moving out, and our walls didn't get damaged at all, just had shotty paint to begin with. I replaced the shower heads, had all the grout everywhere touched up, painted the baseboards and doors, installed new weather strips to both doors, the decent things to do when you move out. I was very much surprised to see damages taken out of our security deposit. We fixed and refreshed anything we saw needing done, and if the paint was damaged, I would have had it painted. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth when a company takes an action simply because most people won't fight it. So, I'd say do as we did, take pictures when moving in, and out. They could do better, but you most certainly could find worse as well. Will update at a later time. Editing in light of the owner response below. You were overnighted the response to your notice of intentions to claim part of my security deposit. Since you seem to unaware of this, I will send the same response certified, to ensure it is signed for. Again, issues within the office and how you manage these issues. Also, I believe you did obtain this house one year ago, unless the registered owner is also by coincidence named...
