Terrible experience beginning to end: Arrived to a unit that was not cleaned (slept-in bed, dirty towels, stained couch, dirty floor, trash), I had to send pictures for prrof and it took over an hour for this matter to be escalated to manager. They first suggested that I find another hotel and submit the receipt and will refund up to the cost of the night back to original form of payment (which is a work credit card I do no have access to). This was 11:30pm at night. I asked them what if the only available hotel costs more than what they are willing to refund and they said basically, well look for a place that isn't. Eventually, after I pushed, they offered refund of the night "and the cleaning fee" then gave me a website to go find my own hotel for the night. No I was not aware of the cleaning fee and was shocked that it wasn't already being refunded. This is the pandemic and not at all acceptable from a health standpoint. As a visitor and a women to a new city, it also is not acceptable from a personal safety standpoint. Notice of the quiet hour was everywhere, but constructions happened early in the morning before quiet hour, disrupting sleep. Ran out of essential supplies (toilet paper), there were some seasonings to be used for cooking, but ran out of salt, there were no tissue/kleenex at all. No extra blankets and it was cold. No masks available, I brought my own, this should be considered essential supplies as well. Their restock service wasn't available, so they gave me a gift card to get my own supplies. At one point, I asked about late check out (beware there is a fee for that too) via text, and they directed me tobthe virtual from desk. You guessed it, that wasn't working. They fixed that, but seriously. 2 hrs BEFORE the regular checkout time and before I actually checked out, someone (presumably the cleaners) entered the unit without knocking, notice, or permission. I reached out to Kasa to let them know, they apologized for the 'disruption' and offered a $30 gift card. For context, this stay costed over $3500, and this was an intrusion, not disruption. Checkout instructions says to leave key with concierge or leasing office and to not leave a it anywhere else or there would be a fine. No concierge or person at the leasing office. Contacted Kasa, I had to wait 25 min before someone showed up. Luckily, my flight time allows me to flexibility to stay and wait. I really am not one to complain or give bad reviews, but this has been the worst "hotel" experience. The only plus is the location, but there are other hotels in this area and you do not have to stay here. Know that this is not a hotel. The virtual front desk does not replace an actual front desk. Some of what happened I can forgive, but to me it is unacceptable to have a dirty room (in the midst of a pandemic no less) and take that long to address the concern. It is unacceptable to have a stranger intrude into a private space. Clearly they do not prioritize the safety of their guests from either a health or physical safety standpoint. Do not stay here or any Kasa properties - yes mistakes sometimes happen, but their response to these mistakes were very telling in whether they actually value...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThese apartments are finished to a very high standard and included nice little touches such as laundry and dish washing tablets, condiments, tea/coffee etc. After visiting several cities in the US and having 8 nights at Kasa, it was a dream to unpack and have a walk in closet, as well as being able to get some laundry done.||The apartments themselves are in a great location on upper broadway, a less than 10 min walk to the Honky Tonks and madness on lower broadway. Also a great location for midtown and the Gulch all within walking distance. There is a Whole Foods right next door which we were able to stock up on breakfast bits and some beers/wine etc, across the road is a McDonalds and 7/11.||There is a pool (freezing cold despite it being 34 degrees) with a lovely seating area, also noticed a business centre on the same floor as the pool.||Would have no hesitation in staying here again. The only problem we seemed o have was with the water drainage in the bath tub after taking a shower, it seemed to take an unusually long time but we did report this when leaving so hopefully an...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe enjoyed our time and the stay with Kasa was great! Our room was a studio, very clean, and fairly new! Right next door was Whole Foods, so having a kitchenette was terrific! Mostly we ate out, very good restaurants very close (Milk & Honey for brunch is exceptional! 10 minute walk) Downtown honkytonks were an easy 6-8 block walk, so much to see and do! Were a little concerned about not having a room when we arrived (arrived after 9:00 pm at night) but directions and room keys were easily followed. Contact with Kasa was very quick, within minutes of a text! Other folks we encountered in the building were friendly, building itself is very clean, and I think most are permanent residents. We did not use the pool as it was middle of November and there is a bit of street vehicular noise which didn't bother us. Pleasant stay,...
