I love this new studio in The Gulch and everyone who works there. The studio ia bright and very clean. The Pvolve method is challenging and fun and the instructors are excellent. The variety if routines and equipment is wonderful and keeps it interesting. I have an unlimited membership and take classes four times per week. I have seen a marked improvement in my balance, flexibility and strength and a chronic hip issue is completely gone. My only complaints are that 1) the room is too crowded and I would be more comfortable with about 3 or 4 less stations i have heard other members mention it too and 2) the room gets very hot as the class progresses and we work up a sweat. It was ok during the winter months but last fall it was so hot and I am dreading the summer months for the...

EVERYONE LISTEN UP. This place is quite literally the best thing that’s ever happened to me living in Nashville. Looking to get in shape? Check. Looking to make new friends? Check. Looking for an hour of therapy midday when work sucks? CHECK.

The trainers are SO great. The workouts are hard enough to make you feel like you absolutely got your butt kicked, but not so hard you never want to come back. And best of all the community is incredible.

Pvolve Nashville feels like going to Target on a Saturday with no shopping list - it’s exhilarating, leaves you feeling better than when you walked in, and it truly feels like giving yourself a little treat. You deserve it. You...

Don't sleep on Pvolve Nashville. This studio is clean, sleek, authentically friendly and delivers a challenging-yet-attainable class every time. Nicole M. is an Impeccable face for this location-so much so i thought it was HER studio. She takes pride in what she does and is an excellent teacher. She deserves every accolade. I drove over an hour to visit this studio TWICE while visiting family for the holidays on the TN/KY border from northern VA. Worth every mile, minute and bead of sweat. I left feeling upbeat and ready to join their online community. If i lived in Nashville i would 100 join this studio....
