I bought my first tempurpedic mattress from Relax the Back 19+ years ago. I returned there recently as I was overdue for a new mattress. I am a side and stomach sleeper and I have right hip pain now. Everything I've heard is that what would feel good for my hip would be bad for my stomach sleeping. So, I didn't have a lot of hope when I walked in the door that there was a mattress that would meet all of my needs. Glen (the owner) listened to my needs/concerns, asked good questions to ensure he had all the pertinent information, and he led me to a couple of options--telling me to take all the time I needed lying on them. I came away purchasing my new tempurpedic mattress and adjustable bed base and I couldn't be happier with my choice. I am just waiting on delivery--and I'm so excited! I searched everywhere and purchased multiple desk chairs. I returned all of them because they were not comfortable or right. I then after nearly giving us walked into “Relax the Back” store and knew I was in the right place. The salesperson knew his products and could clearly articulate the differences between what he had on the floor vs the big box stores. I struggled with paying for a premium chair but after being custom fitted to a chair that I would be comfortable in for hours. It has now been three months since I got the chair. Our chair has been everything I had hoped for. Very well made, high quality, extremely comfortable and allows me to get my work done and not having the chair hurt my back. I checked the web site to see what may be available in a back brace. The selections are impressive! We went to the store AND!!! April the manager not only showed us what I asked for she assisted in helping me try one on and adjust it. I could feel the relief in my lower back immediately! My wife was so impressed that she asked to try one on as well. She was not only as impressed as I, she added that one to my purchase!!! I found that the price is WAY below the amount I would have invested for a belt that is not only adjustable but is as sturdy as this one is.
