Starbucks — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

THE WORST SERVICE. This is the second time I visit this store in less than 2 weeks. The first time (monday, 9am), they didn't have coconut milk. I contacted Customer Service and they told me it was due summer and high demand of their drinks w coconut milk (Summer is almost over and by now they haven't been able to calculate how much coconut milk do they need?!). Well today (monday, 9am) I ordered another drink w coconut milk (a venti one), but the guy told me he can get me a grande only bc they were running out of coconut milk again.

Well by the time I had to get my drink he came back and told me they don't have more coconut milk, that he can use soy or get me a refund... EXCUSE ME?! So I asked for a refund but I told him I wanted to talk to the manager... HE was the Manager in charge. I explained him what happened 2 weeks ago and asked him for an answer and he just told me: "Ohhh wellll, miss communication with the provider, I'm sorry" That's it? I'm sorry? That is not an answer I would expect from Starbucks.

This is not just about the lack of whoever is the Supply Manager to calculate how much coconut milk you need but also the type of Managers you have taken care of your stores.

He was not even professional or nice or he didn't even try to solve my problem. I felt like I was just a number for him, that there was a long line waiting for drinks so he better fixed my issue asap. This is not how things work. The first time I contacted them they told me they were going to find a solution and talk to the store Manager but of course, if that is the Manager you have to talk to, there is no way you will get a positive answer or change.

these coffee gurus are angelic to us that wake the sun up. 4:30am rockstars, helping get my day going great for a busy clinic. super friendly, helpful, efficient, and thankful. i use mobile ordering, it is always ready before the quoted time it will be prepared. I drive from Clarksville, and of course none are open in Cville at this hour, but there are 2 close to town here that open at 4:30am. I usually go here to Graybar, if not the Metro Center location as they are open about the time I hit the Ville. I appreciate them. y'all tip these folks. I do from the app. they don't know you have pereonally I don't think. but end of day they split it I assume. its deserved. thank you...

I stopped in at Starbucks in Green Hills for a little caffeine pick me up this afternoon. I have been to this location countless times over the last two decades working in Nashville and have had good experiences. Starbucks coffee is was it is but at least there is consistency and you know what your getting. However today was different. It was by far the worst Caramel Macchiato that I have ever had.
