Sell defective products without taking responsibility
We purchased two shirts for our kids. One shirt had a sleeve coming apart. The other shirt shrunk two sizes in the wash. A Large (10-12) is more like a Medium (6-8) pre wash. Absolutely need to size up if you’re willing to run the risk of the shirt just falling apart on you.
Went back to exchange for non-defective shirts but they would not offer any assistance because we didn’t keep the receipt. Man worker first said he could try to look it up because we charged it, but the older woman worker with the shoulder length dirty brown wavy hair kept telling him not to help me make it right.
Standard gimmick store tourist trap. The staff is very friendly and helpful when you’re asking questions about products pre-purchase. BUT, zero customer service skills post sale. Read moreGreat experience!! My son was inquiring about the yo-yo's in the cabinet. The guy working there was so helpful and told him all about the differences. Better yet, when he realized he wasn't really ready for the nicer more advanced ones he stepped out and showed him other options. He was so patient and kind to my son. Told him when he was ready for the next step he'd ship him a new one. They also have a great collection of New Orleans books that are super cute. It is a smaller store but they had such a variety of toys you...

He may also need to learn some people skills. We will not be back!! Easter weekend-a great time for kids to enjoy a toy store. Just...
