I've been doing Pilates Reformer for over four years and decided to give Solidcore a shot, but honestly, it fell short of expectations. The atmosphere is intense, but not in a good way. The music is so loud you can barely hear the instructor, making it hard to follow instructions or adjust form. Without clear guidance, it’s easy to get lost in the class, which also ups the risk of injury—I actually felt strain in areas that have never been a problem with Reformer.

It makes me feel imbalanced not to have that. overall a good workout, but felt pretty fast paced and might not be good for a beginner. Low variety of exercises but high intensity. Didn't feel too friendly of...
