My cousin visiting from Germany, she does't speak much English. I don't have time to be her tour guide so we checkout Eworld tours because they have a website. We also thought it is better she be with Asian people in hope to find Vietnamese speaking people joining the tour. We went to Flushing location to book and paid for a 7 days package. The first day she called to report that she has a great time and it is fun and that she met a Vietnamese family on her bus. Wow.. I thought! great..lucky her. The tour guide bought sightseeing passes for the first two days of the tours. My cousin thought these passes were includes on the tours because tour guy never told them how much each ticket going to cost or giving the option. The guid told my cousin she must give them 487.00 extra for all the entrance and also tipping $8.00 per day. We know about tipping. I asked him to text me the itinerary of the tours. While I'm on the phone with him. I told him which tour my cousin should take and which one to opted out. My cousin told me he made face when I told him we don't want a certain guided tours. She didn't want him to be nasty to her so she decided that she will take all the option. Tour Guide added an extra $$ for restaurant on top of the menu price and the driver charge $1.00 per water bottle. If the guide see people bring their own water he show displeased. The guide try to make money on everything. Buyer beware. It become very expensive when you are on this group tours. The guide also took people to the airport while they are suppose to be on a sightseeing tour. They should have different people bring their passenger to the airport. They practice their business in a very terrible business manner. I took Chinese tour with a Chinese friends of mine years ago when they came to visit us in NY. Breakfast and dinner were included and if they drop us in D.C we just went on our own to visit places and meet back designated location. These days, they combine many tours company together and it just chaotic, unprofessional and not good a experience for their patrons. Once people read these comments they would stay away. If i can give you -stars i would give you -5 stars for the worst that you can ever give to your customer! I have a friend came from Indonesia, and using your tour for the first time come to USA. just so you know it tooks minimum 27 hours fly from indonesia to USA! You promised them a hyatt hotels to allure them, and when they come and traveled with you guys, they got a motel and 2 to 3 stars hotel. on the itinerary you said similar, 2-3 stars hotel or motel is not similar to 5 stars hotel! if you promise a hyatt, and you give them a hilton thats similar!!! And the worst is, when they complained about it, Phillip Ho said, "Call 911" wow! that is some class you show! I am so furious how you treat my friends who pay big buck to come and visit USA, i know you are not from US,but you are earning all of it from USA, doing bad thing like that, i am sure no ones wants to use E-World travel EVER again specially from Indonesia. You should have decency to say sorry at least, and explained to them even you lie about it, to show customer service. This is travel agency, if you can't deliver customer services, what else can you deliver for your business??? You are lucky it wasn't me who you guys treated like that, because i will definitely sue you for huge buck! False Advertising is one thing, being rude to your customers is so unforgivable.
