I would give this place 0 star if I could, they have horrible business practices and is a very shady business.
I came here at some point over 6 years ago, and recently received a letter (at an old address that thankfully the person still had my contact). It was a bill
IMAGINE getting a bill after 6 years of your treatment, I had health insurance of course but at this point it’s hard to claim back the money and discuss with my insurance because it was so long ago
Not to mention, the bill had a very generic description and I don’t even recall ever getting that services.
Now I’m getting mail saying I have to pay within 30 days or they will send it to collections, imagine if i never got the mail … then your credit would be destroyed by simple negligence that this practice has
Save yourself the headache, the clinic itself is not good, they didn’t solve my problem after coming here for like 2 years and their business practices is even worst.
If you don’t want your a random medical bill to show up and destroy your credit 5-10 years after service, I recommend you go elsewhere
Edit 1 (to reply to the business's comment): The business commented "It was your responsibility to pay what you owed 6 years ago, wasn’t it?". This is exactly what is wrong with the business and why you should avoid them, they admit no fault on their side, blames YOU for their negligence, and thinks they are in the right.
I have no problem paying what I owe, the issue is with this business's complete negligence towards timely billing for their services and then subsequent agression to make you pay. It almost seems like they intentionally bill you more than half a DECADE later just so you can't dispute any bill they give you because what health insurance provider would let you despite a bill that old?
To clarify cause it seems like you didn't bother reading my original review or you didn't understand it, my issue is 1) your practice does not do timely billing evident by the half a decade late billing 2) when you do bill half a decade later, you don't provide clear documentation of what services was provided nor is there anyone I can talk with about such charges 3) if I moved addresses and now live somewhere else, there is no way for me to have received the bill and then it would've went to collection, permanently destroying my credit because of YOUR NEGLIGENCE
Stop the blaming, stop making excuses and do better. This was clear negligence on your side and your refusal to admit wrong...
Read moreIf I could give this place a negative I would.
First, the receptionists are all very unwelcoming. They don’t even say hi or hello when people come in and don’t even ACKNOWLEDGE a person stepping in until you put your name on the appointment sheet. I’ve worked as a receptionist at a doctor’s office before and this is NOT how you treat clients.
Second, all they care about is money. I gave in two insurance cards because I wasn’t sure if my Medicaid was still active. Obviously the receptionist handling my information, didn’t even check both cards and right away after seeing the Medicaid card was like “this one doesn’t work”. This was obviously because I had another insurance that they knew they were gonna get paid more for.
Third, I’ve been here around 6 times and not a single time did I see the doctor.
Fourth, I paid $59 to see a technician, not even the doctor, for no more than 5 minutes and only for her to not take my concern seriously. She told me to take supplements and didn’t even recommend what brand nor did she give me any prescriptions.
Finally, I came back out to see if I had a copay I needed to pay. One receptionist charged me $85 and then another receptionist realizes that that’s too much for a 5 minute visit and then proceeds to void this transaction and recharge me $59. It’s like they’ve never dealt with any other insurance besides Medicaid.
This place is honestly trash and a scam. Don’t come here unless you want your time and money wasted. All of the workers here lack empathy and clearly need better management & a DOCTOR because it seems like none exist in...
Read moreTerrible experience, I wish to give ZERO star if possible. (It is a bit long, but please read it if you are considering to get clinical consultation or treatment from this place) I think I might have some fungal infection on the left side of my right foot, and it was developing inflammation after I put on antifungal cream. I couldn't schedule an appointment with my usual dermatologist within the week, so I made an appointment with Dr. Cui's office in Flushing. On my call, I believe I confirmed with the reception that Dr. Cui will be in the office, so I was expecting to have him checking on my issue. He did not show up, instead Dr. Su (? I think it's him)came in, fine. I showed him what I have, without close up observation, he was at least 3 feet away from me, he claimed it is eczema. I was trying to talk to him more about what I experienced, and what I used. He did not even try to listen to anything I said, and kept saying it is eczema, not even explaining the different between the two. He told me that he will not prescribe anything because I don't trust him, and that I will not use whatever he planned to prescribe me because I don't trust him. Well, HOW CAN I TRUST SOMEONE WHO DON'T EVEN CHECK MY PROBLEM!!!! (I went to my PCP after, in comparison, she looked up, touched, pressed, asked me if it hurts, itches, do I feel it being swollen, and what cream I used. Explained thoroughly what she thought it might be, and what I should do. I am not asking the doctor to confirm what I think it is, but at least check it before you diagnose...
