Unbelievably rude!!! I have never had an experience more unprofessional. A man working behind the counter named Ranold actually Called the women next to me a “jackass“. If you need help Navigating how to send something do not go to this post office. Horrendous attitude. Was simply trying to ask if the envelope I was trying to mail was ok to send as it was and I was yelled at that mail doesn't get received through the agent window. I told her I didn't want her to, just inspect it. Yelling at me that the the papers inside were too much and weren't meant to fit in there. Terrible customer service, stood in line for over 30 mins. For the representative to tell me she couldn't take my package because they weren't prepared to weigh a picture frame?
