7-Eleven — Local services in New York

Homeless people stand outside begging for money, which I get is understandably annoying for the employees. But what's more annoying? I watched one of the employees steal money from a homeless man in a wheelchair who fell asleep. He looked me dead in the face and laughed like it was funny. I minded my business but I will be reaching out to corporate.

Update: I reached out 2x to the 711 feedback link that you previously posted. I will be waiting to hear back. But don't sit here and tell me "this doesn't sound right." The fact that you're supporting a dishonest employee is DESPICABLE! Check your cameras and Street cameras!

NEVER SUPPORTING ANOTHER 711 AGAIN!

Final update 02/08/2023: I spoke with the area manager Mark, who told me they reviewed the footage and were able to take appropriate action, but just walked past this 7/11 and this employee was working behind the register. Good to know that 7/11 as a whole is not trust worthy in general that the Area Manager even lied.

Indefinitely no longer a customer of ANY 7/11 Establishment....

GO AT YOUR OWN RISK.. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN AND FUMIGATED.. 2 Weeks ago I popped in for a drink and I always grab a cup of ice. Went to work, pour the Pepsi into the cup and proceeded to drink half of it. Noticed something thrashing in my cup and it was a medium size roach. I almost threw up. Did not dare to think the roach hitched a ride with with me from the store but it did. Went back tonight for a cup and saw a few small roaches playing around the soda machine nozzle and the ice dispense area. Homeless guy standing inside by the coffee machine talking to himself. Apparently the invisible person he was talking to wants to smash someone's head in. The debit/credit card machine almost never works. Also before I knew how filthy the place was, I purchased this cheesy bread and it fell on the front counter. The clerk was going to give it to me until I said something. He replaced it , but just placed it back in the hot case for...

I used to go here every day.

Today, the guy behind the counter accused me of being a thief LOUDLY because I had a half drunken bottle of water with me. They might happen to sell that brand, but I had brought it in with me, which is why it was half empty. I hadn't even been beyond the coffee section, and the drinks are in the back of the store. As I left, he again loudly told everyone I did steal the bottle of water.

I absolutely did not and I will not change my review until I get some sort of apology. I don't know who was in that store, but I live and work in the neighborhood, and his false accusation could have done harm to relationship that I don't even know have...
