I called PristineGreen to clean a very old ikea rug that has never been professionally cleaned, with years worth of accrued hair and dirt in places our vacuum cleaner couldn’t reach. Our 4x6 rug would have cost less than their minimum ($120), but they gave us a discount deal to clean both our couch and the rug for not much over the minimum. The technician was courteous, agreeing to text when he arrived rather than ring our doorbell to avoid waking up our baby, and also agreeing to wear a mask while he worked. I booked this appointment primarily to have my curtains and blinds steam cleaned. They advertise on their website that they do this service. I also said I'd like to get my sofa cleaned. One guy arrives with a small steam cleaner and begins to question whether he can do the curtains-- he sends pictures to his boss of everything and then quotes me $275 for he sofa and will let me know what the boss says about the curtains. He then cleans the sofa and right after finishing says, sorry we can't do the curtains and blinds. I asked why? no reason - just that's what my boss said.
