Bad service I was got married on 9/22/22 he was hired back in early may he keep changing the date on when we would get our suits on top of that he told us he had a queens shop which turned out to be his home so everyone had to go to Manhattan then when I called him to see when the groomsmen can pick up their tuxedo he said two weeks before the wedding upon that day he changed it when I sent the groomsmen to get the suits to the Tuesday before the wedding upon that day he changed again to the Wednesday the wedding is on Thursday he said it would be ready at 10:00 am Wednesday morning one of the groomsmen went and he said that the suits were not ready until 3:00pm it wasn’t until I threaten to sue him that he magically had the tuxedos then we also rented shoes one of my guys shoe was broken at the heel he didn’t receive a refund also returned ALL PARTS HE CLAIMED A VEST WAS MISSING when we the groomsmen check all parts before placing them in the bag horrible...

Terrible experience and horrible service. After arriving in NY I needed a suit for my best mates wedding. Simply put, It was just a terrible experience from the second I walked into this store. Rude, arrogant and not willing to help whatsoever. Any normal time I would have just reversed back out of there but I was desperate so I persevered and went ahead with the suit rental. Worst decision ever... The suit was measured up, 2 days later we returned only to note that not one measurement was changed. 2 hours later waiting in the store for adjustments only to be told the disgustingly huge pants I wanted to hire "was normal for a rental"... Rubbish... $145 later I hired a suit I couldn't even wear on the day.... I purchased one from a retailer on the morning of the wedding..!!! Long story short as I have wasted enough of my life on this business, I would never go here to hire a suit... Product, service and experience all rubbish......

I rented a tux (coat, shirt, pants, bow tie, suspenders, cuff links and matching buttons), not cheap! When tried on at the store one suspenders wouldn’t stay attached, but when brought up I was ignored! Just befor my daughters wedding when I put on the suit, first a cuff link failed (broke)! Second the main button on the pants came right off. Third, the suspenders again failed (under close inspection it was obvious the pin in the latch was missing)! Guess it was a good thing most were well enibriated on the dance floor at the reception, as I’m sure I looked a little haggered with these equipment failures! When I returned the suit, I asked for an adjustment, but they would not give one, Very dissapoined with the experience of...
