I have used Eastern Accounting for 12 years now and they've always filed my personal taxes and my parents taxes. I also use them to file taxes for my rental property and businesses. Wendy is great and does everything in a timely manner. She's also very responsive and patient. The firm overall has always been very professional and nice to me whenever I had any questions. Kim and Angie are extremely cordial and polite. They are the ones who always pick up whenever I contact the office. I'm not sure if Jesse is still with the firm, but she was my Quickbooks instructor a couple years ago and she was so sweet. As you can see, most of us will only visit your accountant once a year during tax filing season. I don't remember accountant's name at first. However, my accountant remember me as I filed the tax with her the previous year. There were a few things I forgot to bring with me today.
