I need to share my experience in my review so that other people could get the help the kindness and the amazing results that I’ve achieved after reading over 300 reviews across multitude of social media platforms I’ve come to see realize that a few of these bad reviews must just be from people that the girls working in the office didn’t like maybe they were negative or maybe they were unrealistic I don’t know but my experience has been wonderful and only was the office clean in Manhattan but it was super accessible as it’s right by Bloomingdale’s I was greeted with a smile they took my temperatureThe front desk girl asked if I need to use the restroom and I was suggested to just wash up my hands I had come on the train. My experience was nothing but amazing I felt comfortable right away. It’s now my fourth visit and I’m seeing amazing results I’m so grateful to Cortney and her staff for helping me feel more comfortable and showing me kindness in such a crazy world. I can only wonder that some of the reviews that I have read must have just been people that would never be satisfied anywhere or just unrealistic. Thank You Courtney so much! I came in for intimate lightening and she was very thorough and knowledgeable from the very first day. She didn’t allow me to start any aggressive treatments right away and explained I should finish my laser hair removal first to make the rest of the process go smoothly. My first treatment went well and the results were really good. The second treatment was appropriately more aggressive and even more effective. It would’ve came out perfect but I was hasty and impatient and didn’t follow the directions all the way through. However, some of the blemishes are 100% gone! I love that Courtney is very upfront and transparent with you and about the process of it all. She’s quick to respond to any questions and concerns which helps take any guessing work off your end. She really KNOWS what she’s talking about and what she’s doing. I love this place and I LOVE LOVE LOVE Courtney. I have been very careless with my skin and health over the years but now that I found Artistic Artistry that has changed. At my visit last night, Courtney made me feel comfortable and beautiful - two things that I usually don't feel. She explained why my skin issues prevailed, she recommended pre-treatment services that I needed and gave me a realistic timeline for the results. She explained why nutrition was important and recommended some changes which I am going to implement. I have not begun my treatment yet, BUT when I left Courtney last night, I felt so much better than I have in years. I felt like a layer of 'ugly' or unattractive had fallen off my soul.
