The office of Dr Jack is extremely disorganized and communication is very poor. It was difficult to get an appointment and when I finally communicated with Dr. Jack I was told she would arrange for an infusion appointment for me the following month. In the interim, I was told to have blood work done which I did the following day. I reported back to her office that the bloodwork had been completed and requested information about scheduling the appointment. When I called the office to follow up, I was told by the receptionist that Dr Jack went on vacation but the nurse would call me to schedule the appointment. No one called the entire week nor the following week. I tried again, to communicate via the Weil connect website. No new comments appeared so I tried calling again. I was given a run around and following multiple excuses I was told by a nurse that Dr. Jacks last note was that my Potassium level was high so she wanted me to repeat the blood work. How this information was to be communicated, I'll never know but there was no note to me from Dr Jack nor from her nurse so this was the 1st time I had received this information. In addition, at the time of my 2nd consultation with Dr. Jack I had an extensive conversation with her regarding my treatment whereupon the decision had been made for the reclast infusion. This is why I was waiting for Dr Jack to schedule my appointment. which she had said would be difficult to schedule because the entire month was full but she would fit me in somewhere. The nurse then relayed more information stating that Dr Jack noted I hadn't yet decided on my treatment. If the decision hadnt been made, then why had Dr Jack promised to "fit me into the schedule "?This office has poor listening skills and poot communication. I only hope Dr Jack is better at making...

Setting up the appointment went smoothly, and Dr. Jackās admin asst., Idelka, couldnāt have been more helpful. She facilitated the transfer of my medical records from a prior provider, as well as the radiology lab. She answered the phone immediately or returned my call the same day whenever I reached out.
The front desk staff were quick and efficient.
Dr. Jack herself, at my very first visit - was incredible - straightforward, thoughtful, with a subtle sense of humor. She was extremely thorough in taking my history, reviewing more than a decade of past care, and sharing her strategy for exploring new treatment possibilities.
Everything was explained to me clearly and in great detail. No question went unanswered. The amount of time she spent with me was unprecedented, especially in todayās push to see as many patients as the insurance companies press upon care providers.
I am looking forward to my next visit with Dr. Jack when, with what is clearly real expertise in her field, we look toward what is best for my future care.
Thank...

She isnāt just concerned with treating the disease but also the root cause. She sent me to see a nutritionist and that decision has been a game changer. Since becoming a patient of Dr. Jackās, my A1C is the lowest itās ever been in a long time. My cholesterol decreased significantly simply by changing my eating habits. She is an excellent doctor, you will not regret choosing Dr. Jack as...
