Menu and staff make prices impossible to understand prior to choosing. The only prices for the main dishes, state pricing for each protein, but strangely does not clarify what you’re actually buying. For example, I want tacos. I asked the lady for the Carne Asada, which said $13.99. She asked me well how many tacos do you want? I said, however, many come with the $13.99 price. I thought it was weird. She was asking me if I’m ordering from their menu and their price. I’m certainly not expecting to get one taco for $13.99. Then she tells me the guac is extra. I said OK but that doesn’t answer my question. How many tacos do I get for $13.99 she just starts making me two tacos so I imagine OK it must come with two then she asked me what I want on it and I said just add whatever comes with a $13.99 price she starts adding everything even guacamole. I said wait a minute I thought guac was extra. She said no I said OK then great had the guacamole. When we get to the register, I find two up charges one for guacamole and another one for something else totaling almost 5 dollars. When I pointed out the price discrepancy I was told oh well guacamole extra. People, you can’t make this stuff up. Read moreI ordered one pollo asado quesadilla and the person behind the counter told me that it would take a few minutes to cook so I can stand to the side. She apologized for the wait, I said it was fine. Then 10 mins later she called me back up after someone on the staff reminded her, and I reiterated that I wanted the pollo asado, and she said oh we’re out of that… so I asked what was I waiting for the past 10 minutes? And she didn’t specify and just said sorry and asked if I wanted something else. So I asked for another mild chicken, and she said oh year we have that but we’re out of all chicken for the day so we have steak and pork. And I said… why didn’t you tell me that when I ordered in the beginning? And she said she didn’t remember if she took my order or not… and I reminded her she was the only person working behind the counter and indeed she took my order. Frustratingly I got the steak, and got the smallest scoop of meat ever. So I asked for me and she said oh we’re out of that now. And then the cook/staff member jumped in saying they just cooked a new batch and we’re just cutting it. So I said I would wait for that batch. Read moreI give it two stars! Because some servers act all greedy with the protein. It was 4:30pm in the afternoon and I ordered a bowl and a burrito. BRIANNA who was my server was slick and gave me mad rice and half a spoonful of chicken. As I recall, all ingredients for a bowl or burrito or even a taco needs to be proportion equally. Barely no chicken for my burrito And when I asked for more she rolled her eyes. When I was about to pay , I told her I worked at the hospital and she asked to see my batch. She didnt believe me and went to ask the guy who seen me before if its true. Her attitude was wild nasty. Her attitude is Bad for business and she should be more professional when speaking to someone .she needs to look at them in their eyes and speak up. Okay BRIANNA.
