I had a great experience with Dr Shin he was very courteous and professional doctor saw me really fast after I got there he actually listened to me and what I had to say. Then he proceeded to fully examine me and laid out a plan to attack my injury I felt confident in the plan. It was my first time there as a patient and I had a great experience. My first appointment was originally for 10:20 am and I got there late 25 minutes late and there policy clearly states if your 15 minutes or more for your appointment you have to reschedule witch I took full accountability for and it's completely fare because the doctor has other patients to see so i completely understand and even with me being the irresponsible one they were still able to pleasantly reschedule me 3 hours later for 1:20 pm. I was so grateful to get that appointment rescheduled for the same day let alone 3 hours. So yes everything about my visit to see Dr. Ben shin on 10/08/2024 was great. Everything is nice and clean and all the staff and nurses very courteous.

Dr.Shin, is the most caring doctor I’ve met in my desperate time of need. He actually called me last night to see how I was. He’s thorough and professional, and as I said, the most caring doctor I’ve met. I actually saw a spine doctor on Monday who said he was going to put a request for my MRI. When I called on Friday request still wasn’t in. Three hours after seeing Dr. Shin the request was filed. He is exactly the doctor you need when you when you need a doctor. After seeing a pain over 10 years he repeated the same treatment over and over. My doctor recommended I see dr. Shin. Dr. Shin immediately got me an mri and sent me to a spine surgeon who said if I had come in much earlier l won’t be in. Such bad shape. Thanks to dr. Rarely have I met a doctor or even a man who made such an impression in such a brief encounter. From the moment Dr. Shin walked in, I felt, "Here is someone I am lucky to have met." He greeted me like someone who truly cared about his patient. He was personal and warm. Many doctors could take a lesson from his office manner and the way he treats his patients. I recently switched all my doctors from Westchester to NYC. Doctor Shin is one of the reasons for my decision. All of the doctors I have switched to give me hope in the medical profession.
