Came here for lunch with a group of 5 people and it did take a little while before we got seated. While waiting, I noticed a lot of take out orders. That is probably what keeps this place afloat. The staff was very nice and courteous. Everyone tries to work as fast and efficient as possible.

I ordered the Wow Wow Roll and Snow Mountain Roll. Presentation was nice but flavor of the food was just okay. Probably a little on the bland side and the ingredients seem like they've been sitting out for some time.

The miso soup was just average. Not very flavorful but it did have quite a bit of pieces of tofu and seaweed. I have a feeling it's pre-made.

Overall, the place is consistent with their food. Not a bad place for their lunch specials but I do think their rolls are overpriced for the quality that you get. The amount is similar to other places and I can fill up on 2 rolls for lunch. If I had to choose between this place and Fatty Fish, I would...

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. I came here with a coworker on her last day, expecting a casual, enjoyable meal. Instead, the server yelled at me when I asked for menus—insisting they were already on the table when they clearly were not. She then interrupted our conversation to abruptly ask if we were ready to order, and directly pointed at me demanding to know my side dish choice. Her tone and gesture was aggressive, dismissive, and completely unprofessional throughout the meal. Not once did she acknowledge or apologize for her behavior.

I’ve been coming here for years because it’s close to my work, but after this experience today, I will never return. It was so uncomfortable I genuinely wanted to walk out, and would have, had it not been for the occasion. I would strongly advise others to avoid dining in here. No one deserves to be treated like that—especially not...

if I could give it 0 stars I would. So me and my coworker order from this place and my coworker was eating her edamame not looking at the food, when all of sudden I hear A loud scream and what she found in her edamame a huge cockroach. the fact that this was presented in this way is beyond disgusting. I will Be posting this up on all social media sites to make people aware of this issue. this type of presentation is unacceptable. this is a safety issue that needs to be address. This place needs to be shut down at this point. Please don't eat here. if you order take out from here I would not order from this establishment. I wouldn't Want this type of situation to happen to anyone else. here is a photo of the edamame. would you eat something like this? It's a NO for me. DO NOT...

Had pork katsu ramen to go. It was yummy and packaging was great, they separated all the different components of the meal so the noodles and Katsu were not soggy. Liked that they had generous serving of pork katsu. Little improvement point: instead of using hard boiled egg, they could use proper ramen eggs.
