We bought a chandelier from them. When it was installed it immediately and repeatedly shorted out and tripped our circuit breakers. The electricians said it was faultily wired. Appartus insisted that we send it back to them. When they got it, they denied that anything was wrong but after we insisted they claimed to have rewired it.
When we got it back, it immediately shorted out again. The electricians inspected the internal wiring and it was stripped and frayed along its whole length and there was significant amounts of bare wire that was completely exposed. It was clear that Appartus had done nothing to repair the chandelier. When we confronted them about this, they denied being responsible and claimed the damage happened after it left their shop.
We are severely disappointed that this very expensive chandelier doesn’t even work especially after they claimed to have fixed it. They pretty things but if a light doesn’t even work, what’s the point.
Moreover, we are appalled at their lack of transparency and candor. They have totally failed to stand behind their product, and tried to blame everyone else for their faulty work. I would not recommend...
