AT&T Store — Local services in New York

Professinal, friendly, super helpful and efficinent! I went to two AT&T stores on the same day and could not have had more dfferent experiences. The first store kept pushing products and arguing with me whether I needed more services, etc- I also needed a new phone upgrade beore heading out of the country for several weeks and they said it would be impossible for me to recieve my device in time and wouldn't look into it further than that. Then, I went to this AT&T and they immediately heard me out and did some research as to which device/ color/ storage combo was in stock so that I would be able to recieve it when I needed to! I had the best experience here with Nar! He was so friendly, personable and went above and beyond to help out. I was without a working phone for almost a month.I spent lots of time on the phone with AT&T customer service and kept getting the run around. Each person I talked to would tel me something different. I needed a new SIM card along with my phone number and billing responsibly transferred to my own personal account. For some reason this was impossible to do until I met Nar. With his help within 20-30 minutes everything was up and running perfectly. He was seriously a lifesaver through all of this. It is a real pleasure to write this short review on our experience at this AT and T store. We have been AT and T customers for over a decade now and we recently moved to NYC. We walked into this store having so many questions about new devices and connections but Sami, the gentleman who works here handled it all very well. Honestly we could not have asked for a better salesperson. He is thoroughly professional and went out of his way to complete our job.
