If youâre trying to figure out whom to take bachata classes with, go with the Bachatwins!
I first met the Bachatwins when I took their Beginner class, and it was great - they are professional and dedicated to the progress and success of their students. They make the classes fun and entertaining. And I love that they offer classes on Saturdays, as not everyone can commit to weekdays.
A few months later, I decided to level up my bachata skills by taking personal classes with Dani. I contemplated it for a while because itâs not cheap. But I felt it in my gut that it would be a worthy investment, and boy was I right! I have felt nothing but joy dancing with Dani and have seen immense progress even after a few classes. I have been transparent with him about what I want to get out of the classes and he has been very considerate and listened to my wishes. It makes me happy to see how excited he gets when I do the new moves correctly. He genuinely wants me to do well and be confident when dancing - you canât fake that level of enthusiasm! I am extremely grateful to have met Dani and DJ R, and hope that we will stay friends even after...

They have a unique bachata style all their own. If you've seen any of their videos, you know their footwork is incredible. And they teach these steps in class as well as partnerwork. They're always open to feedback and patient in answering questions as they come up.
I've had the pleasure of knowing Dani from before I took classes with the twins. His heart and genuineness are what stood out to me. THEN I found out that he's an incredible bachata dancer. I was looking for bachata classes to improve my social dancing, so their classes were an easy choice for me.
I've gone on to take private lessons with Dani as well. He is SO PATIENT, kind and absolutely hilarious. He points out the subtle things that I don't realize, which has been a HUGE help to me. I'm so excited to continue learning and translating what I've learned to the dance floor.
If you're considering whether or not to take their classes... I highly recommend...
