Awful service. The spa, we got the couples package which was nice. Not the best massage ever but it was good. They were very nice and friendly and the private jacuzzi room was great. The pedicure I got for my girlfriend was awful. The lady cut the back of her leg and scraped her foot. Her toe nail was also cut unevenly. She barley spoke and showed no care for hospitality. Just rushed through it and moved on. When told on the phone the cost, they said $35 for the pedicure and $10 extra for the gel, which makes it $45. I checked the website to clarify and it matched up. When I got there, they said it was $55, I said I was told $45 and she said sorry it is $55, I said okay and let it go. When we got home, my girlfriends foot got worse, so the next morning I called and spoke to this lady, who was AWFUL. I explained to her the situation and she said that she can't do anything for us because we under paid for the pedicure. She said it was supposed to be $85. $85!?!? For a Pedicure? She said well if you combine a spa pedicure with a gel pedicure it is $35 an $50, which is $85. I said, no... We got a $35 spa pedicure and added gel for $10, just like your website and the first girl said to me. She said to me and I quote "Our website is being updated and that other girl was wrong so she was fired." Real professional thing to say right? Anyway, she said we under paid and that we owed the spa/salon money!? But that she would wave it because of the bad pedicure. This went on for 20 minutes. She said she knew the prices like the back of her head... $35 for the spa, $50 for the gel. I kept on telling her, that she is combining two seperate pedicures and that is not what we got. We just added on on and she said sir, every spa pedicure with gel is around $85... She would not let me speak and just kept cutting me off, saying she runs this place and to talk to Marc. She ended up giving me $30 back after putting up a fight. Please re train this lady, she does not know what she is doing if she is saying a spa pedicure ($35) With gel ($10) is $85 dollars. The facilities were nice and the steam room + jacuzzi + shower were great. However, my massage was awful. After she began, I asked if she could do deep tissue. She said she could but "it's extra, $130." I said ok. This was ABSOLUTELY NOT a deep tissue massage. And I've gotten a lot. In fact, this was probably the softest massage of any kind I've ever gotten. When I asked for more pressure she got defensive saying "I can't. This is a deep tissue." She did not use her elbows or knuckles and focused absolutey no time on getting out knots. So I basically just laid there for the rest of the session as she clearly just "went through the motions". I was extremely frustrated and disappointed for getting nothing that I thought I paid for.
To make matters worse, she ended the massage before she ever even massaged my arms! I told her this and she said "massage is 1 hr have a good weekend" and walked out. I looked at the clock. It was 730. The massage started at 635. She just decided to not provide the full-time. I've never had a masseuse forget a full body part!
Other issues: no soap in shower in men's locker room. Only shampoo and conditioner. When I was done showering and changing the lights were off everywhere and no water to be found! Also the masseuse just disappeared. (Not surprising)

I bought 2 vouchers for a Gold Spa treatment ($199 each) on Groupon and called to schedule an appointment this morning. The representative took my name and number and told me that there is some availability but she will need to call back to officially schedule. I waited 3 hours and never received a call so I decided to call back. Another representative answered the phone and told me they are booked for today.
Iām highly upset because this was a surprise gift for my fiancĆ©ās birthday today and I saw so many great reviews. I donāt understand how everything is booked and Iāve been waiting for a call to schedule an appointment. The representative was very obnoxious and wasnāt trying to solve the issue, she honestly should have made some kind of arrangement since I was waiting for hours! I then proceeded to schedule for Friday and asked if I will receive a confirmation email or text about my appointment, the representative said no. I asked to speak with a manager and she said āthe manager isnāt here I can take a messageā. I asked when will the manager be in office, she said āI donāt know the manager comes randomlyā. Then I asked for the managerās email or phone number and she refused to give that information.
I was so excited to come here but now Iām current trying to get my $400 refunded ASAP. This is ridiculous and very disappointing. I should have been accommodated somehow. Additionally, how do you book appointments without any trail for confirmation?
