I ordered a flower bouquet with very specific instructions not to include pink roses. I even called three times before delivery to confirm. Unfortunately, a bouquet of all pink roses was sent. When I called to ask why this bouquet was sent despite my proactive direction. The first response was there were a few pink roses added & it was a misunderstanding, in actuality a full pink bouquet was sent. I was told that the florist didn’t get the directions to not include pink roses and nothing could be done.

Once the florist confirmed the note & direction of no pink flowers I had to ask if there was anything that could be done to remedy the situation several times. I was offered a possible discount for a future purchase as if I would spend money here again. All in all I wasted my time & money. I wouldn’t suggest for...

This place is definitely my backup “go to” location. So far, I’ve tried using this florist a few times over the past few months already. The customer service is GREAT. However, I have to say based upon my experiences, the flowers I’ve purchased here seem to only last about (2) days before they start to turn (is this normal?). When ever I get the same arrangement from my primary florist, the flowers tend to last a bit longer. This leads me to speculate that whatever distributor or whole seller being used might be the problem.

Nevertheless, I may need find another backup in the neighborhood when I need to order...
