I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Bare Luxe Nail Salon, and I must say it was incredibly disappointing. I had made an appointment specifically to have my gel nails removed and get a regular manicure. However, my entire visit was marred by the salon's unprofessionalism and disregard for customer service.

Upon arriving at the salon, another woman had requested the exact same service as me—gel nail removal. The staff immediately attended to her, but when I was later assisted, they claimed that the technician who removes gel manicure was unavailable for an hour, even though I arrived at my agreed upon appointment. It was infuriating to witness the blatant favoritism and inconsistency in their service.

When I politely expressed my concern and inquired about my appointment, the staff nonchalantly claimed that the technician who removes gel nails was suddenly unavailable. Yet, it was clear that they were just making excuses, as they had no problem assisting the woman who arrived after me with the same service.

This incident made it abundantly clear that the concept of appointments holds no value at Bare Luxe Nail Salon. They evidently lack basic organization and respect for their customers' time. It is completely unacceptable to prioritize one customer over another, especially when they have made prior arrangements.

In conclusion, my visit to Bare Luxe Nail Salon was an absolute disaster. Their disregard for appointments, the preferential treatment given to other customers, and the lack of accountability demonstrated by the staff were all indicators of their subpar service. I strongly advise anyone seeking quality nail care to avoid this salon...

Update! My nails started chipping after 1-2 weeks. They fixed the first two times within the first week. I’m not mad since 2 weeks is their advised timeline but other nail salon’s last longer. This probably is brigade they use less toxic materials?

This is how a nail salon should be! Nice and relaxing. At my price range, I’m so used to being mistreated, sometimes yelled at, but the staff here are SO nice here I was surprised when they said yes to every request.

The gel mani was around $60 by cash (forgot exact number), sounds expensive but it’s average or even low in the area, but I got more than its worth. Very soon into the mani, someone gave me a shoulder great massage and asked if I wanted to add 10 min for $18. I usually don’t like sales tactic like this but the massage was so good I said yes!

The owner seems very nice to the staff which very important to me and everyone seems to be happy there. It’s a great atmosphere! Super clean as well.

What made me write the review was when I went back with broken nails after 7 days (my fault because I’m very clumsy), they fixed them for me and refused to charge me. I gave them a tip and left happily. So glad to find this new place!

Maria is awesome, she’s so calm you know she’s a pro. I just trusted her opinion and glad I did.

The only critique was I wish the massage was offered later in the manicure so I could relax instead of trying to pick colors while enjoying...

I came here for the first time to try it out because I live nearby and severely regret it. I got a dip manicure on my natural nails, and they immediately upcharged $10 extra to do dip on "long nails" (they are slightly longer than the tips of my fingers). They nickel and dime you mid way through your manicure to upcharge for things.

I had this weird feeling my technician wasn't certified during the entire manicure. I've been getting my nails done for years and she wasn't following the regular steps and drilled my natural nails down for so long, it was really painful.

I wish I would've listened to my gut and either asked to see her certification or asked for a new technician because she drilled my natural nails so thin they split in half. Like my nails tore from cuticle to cuticle pretty far up on my nail beds. I don't know how to accurately describe how painful this is for me on an every day basis... my nail bed literally bleeds where they cracked. You don't realize how much you use your hands and nails for until you're in this situation. It's going to take so long to grow out and fully heal and I'm so sad. I really wouldn't recommend coming here, I highly question if all their technicians have the necessary training and certifications. I paid over $100 for...

For a very expensive service I find myself going back to get fixes too often. Dip manicure has lasted 1-2 days before chipping (not to mention cracking) - and I just cannot spend the time to go back to the salon (return to office….) or am traveling and unable to go and get them fixed (like right now) For $84 for a dip mani this is an absolute rip off. Attaching photos of 24 hours(!) after a dip mani. Am out of the country so coming in to get them fixed is out of the question This has happened with all of my manis here. At first I thought I was being too hard on my nails but this is happening too frequently for the cost. Go anywhere but here. The only reason this is a two star is I do like the facility but ridiculously expensive for the poor quality.
