They didn't have any change and wouldn't accept my debit card when I tried to get my car out. It took them a long time to find my car and when they realized I only had a $20 and a $10, (for a $16 bill), they insisted that I pay $20 and not receive change. After much negotiation, I left the garage paying ten. Overall, they seem disorganized. Going in at night requires you to lift some weird heavy plastic door and communication is minimized. This garage gave my car away to someone besides me! This was by an attendant I knew for years! I had to report to the police that my car was stolen and it was such a hassle to recover. Something super sketchy is happening at this garage. I think they might be just loaning out your cars during the day. That's certainly what they did with me. Would give zero stars if I could! Booked 2 weeks in advance for a show at the Warsaw and paid extra for my CRV. Arrived after 2 hours in traffic and the garage was blocked off and they gave away all the spots! Do not book here as they do not care and do not honor reservations! Attendant was totally obnoxious just telling me to leave and cancel. Had to drive around looking and thankfully found a spot on the street...
