I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but I’m writing this review because I think when something is great, it deserves recognition and this place is beyond great! If you are looking for great service with a personal touch for your beauty regimen (facials, waxes, treatments etc.), I 100% recommend! I’ve been going to Fernanda for over 2.5 years; I first started with the Brazilian Wax and then added a monthly facial to my services. What I love about coming here is that the service does not feel robotic or standard. It feels customized. Fernanda really gets to know her customer, their skin type, what they need and want and she applies these principles to her services. Not once have I ever left feeling that I have not gotten significant value for what I paid. In fact, I always leave feeling that she has gone above and beyond. Fernanda really cares about her clients and really tries to meet or surpass their expectations. She spends time on the service being provided, making sure you are comfortable and relaxed and not rushing you for her next appointment. She is patient and honest and shares tips on how you can achieve your goals (as it relates to the specific service). She gives the best facials ever…I saw significant changes in my skin. Specifically, it felt smoother, I had less breakouts and my pores were not as clogged. Overall, my skin has been glowing and I always receive compliments. Also, the method in which she does her waxes is very easy and not painful. She also provides the best products for aftercare. I have not experienced other services with Fernanda (apart from waxing and facials), but based on my long standing experience as a customer I am certain her other services are just as amazing because she gives her all into what she does. TRUST FERNANDA! This was my first time ever having a wax service and I was very nervous about choosing the right place for me. I spent about 2 hours googling places near me and in the city to determine the best fit. I immediately found this place but decided to see my other options. There are definitely a lot to choose from but let me tell you, Fernanda is amazing. She was kind, honest and professional at her craft. She made me feel extremely comfortable and answered every single question I had regarding the process of the waxing. So so so happy with the results! I am scheduled for my second session this week and looking forward to it. Fernanda is a gem!! I have always been a bit hesitant getting waxed, especially my bikini, until I went here. The spa is exceptionally clean, the services are both professional and perfectly done! I will never go anywhere else. So 4 years later, and I still see Fernanda every month. I just started getting facials, and Brazilian manicures too. The facials are amazing!
