Wouldn’t recommend going here if you are a Person of color. My mom and I went in interested in buying a chandelier and the first two sales rep didn’t even acknowledge us . The other salesman who decided to help us for 2 seconds was very rude when asked about the Black Friday sale (in which the sign was all over the wall for 20% off) . And proceeded to tell us he had a lot of work to do and to wait for someone else to help us ( which no one did ) . That sales man who had “a lot to do “ just sat on his phone and ignored us aswell. It’s unacceptable to treat people less than just because of the color of their skin . I definitely would never go back here. And P.S to the salesman we were definitely interested in buying the chandelier with or without the sale , but thanks to your distasteful customer service you indeed...

He really know his stuff i gave him the measurement of a Dinning table and 6 chairs and he showed me the quality from something he had on his floor and went to a catalog showed me the table and wow did i fall in love. He truly knows his stuff and has a eye for furniture designs. The store is beautiful, well cared for! It looks like he puts a lot of dedication to it. This is the right furniture store to shop. Read moreI am beyond furious with the disgraceful experience I’ve had with this company. We wasted an entire day waiting for a delivery, only to receive a dining set in the wrong color. To make matters worse, the delivery crew left a complete mess in my home and damaged the walls of my brand new apartment, where we just finished construction! After cleaning up their mess, I now have to repaint my walls because of their carelessness.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, the second delivery was an insult—a used, showroom set that I did not pay for or agree to receive. This is completely unacceptable.
