I’ve been in here many times but the last few times have been rough to say the least. Workers are rude, roll their eyes, argue with you and don’t seem to know how to help you with basic things like finding the right size wall anchors. I asked worker for help and they told me to look for my size screw myself and that they couldn’t help bc they didn’t work in that aisle. I asked if there was a person who did work in that aisle who could help me and they were quite rude saying things like “if they were here, I wouldn’t be helping you”. The same worker cut another woman off when she asked where bathroom items were and yelled at here “We don’t have no bathroom!”. Among other things, when I was checking out there was a longgg list of non-returnable items, many added in pencil to the list (which means they could edit the list at any time) and a note that said “don’t even ask.” The whole experience was just bad. I chose 3 clay pots positioned directly above a shelf price of $3.99, and they tried to charge me $7+ at the register. The man at the register clapped back that I needed to read the label on the bottom. I pointed out that there was no price listed on the label on the bottom. Who stared at me blankly, gave me one word responses, only pointed in the direction of anything I needed, and rolled his eyes and complained about actually having to help me. I only got his name the following day when I had to return the wrong part he sold me - the prior day he told me they didn’t give out names because of crazy clients. When I returned the part, I quietly told the manager that I wouldn’t be coming back because of the rude service.
