Edit: The stuff is just excellent. One of the best I've ever experienced in any other store. They deserve 5*. But someone needs to deal with the confusion of the opening hours. I'd love to give more starts, because once I was there it was great customer service provided for me. But its Friday night 6 pm when I come to the store and it's closed to the public because of the game where it is absolutely nowhere any explanation sign about it. Especially when here it say's its open till 7pm. And for a brief moment one person spoke to me from the inside and said they are not even allowed to come outside and explain what is happening. Not OK service when I'm planning to spend obviously not small money in there. Very upsetting especially...

I went to the store to buy a hoodie and a jersey today, and I asked a male staff that I wanna try the hoodie and jersey very politely. He just yelled at me said that I can not walk in to his area(many times), and "there is no fitting room" loudly (seems like he is busy on arranging the cloth). The attitude is so terrible, as a foreign customer all the way from Taiwan, I shocked. I’m not understand why a staff can do so mean to a customer. But I still bought the cloth in the end because I love nets so much lol.

I tried to visit the store two days in a row following a game I had watched in the same week to immortalize my experience at game by buying a Jersey. I faced such a bad service from staff that I gave up on purchasing the souvenir ti take it back to Brasil.
