I went to the demo class this evening. I have a martial arts back round Kung Fu for the last 15 years or so. I've visited a lot of martial arts schools, taken demo classes and go through the process of introducing myself to the schools and their art. Brooklyn Wing Tsun is a gem in Brooklyn for Wing Tsun. The Sifu Ethan is vibrant and involved with the students training. He works hands on making sure you keep to the proper form and you understand its application.
The class is fun and the people who attend were very welcoming I didn't get any feeling of superiority or inferiority everyone seemed happy to be there and happy to learn. The most important part of any Martial Arts training is that you like it and you're having a good time. The other students are kind and helpful, and the atmosphere is a lot less Kobra Kai and a lot more Mr Miyagi (for you martial arts fantaticos).
