They had their grand opening recently and I went after being referred by the nearby Lexi nails and spa which has the same ownership. My friend and I both left bleeding. The place is clean and modern, with nicer massage chairs than a typical nail salon. And the technicians were nice. However, maybe they only recently were trained? My technician used the cheese grater looking thing on me which I was wary of because Iâve read it can lead to infection, etc. She was being rough with it and looking away while using it and accidentally shaved off the skin on the top of my toe. It bled everywhere and took several minutes to stop bleeding. They cut too close to the skin on my friendâs big toe and they bled as well. This was my first time bleeding during a pedicure. Advice to this new business: train your technicians to exercise caution. Eliminate the cheese grater (look it up, itâs not recommended! Can cause major problems in addition to the...
Read moreHorrible Horrible experience. Very mediocre pedicure, feet were practically untouched and water was cold. I asked for warmer water and she rolled her eyes and did nothing. While drying nails she came over and asked if I was ready to pay. She waited and stared over my shoulder and looked into my wallet and realized I didnât have cash and demanded that I tip her. I said of course, Sorry I didnât realize it was cash only, I will be right back. Chase is my bank and there is one two blocks away. She demanded that I tip her and would not let me leave, stating âyou tip me right nowâ. I used their atm and was charged extra (I know this is normal, thus why I wanted yo go to my bank) She was so so rude and abrasive. Donât go here lol. She also made...
Read moreI gave it 1/5 because 0/5 won't let me review. Genuinely wanted to love it. This was my first professional gel manicure, and the colour was beautiful. But they filed my nails so thin it actually hurt. I jerked at one point and the tech gave an awkward laugh. Within a week all my nails ripped off because they were paper thin. The nail beds are so thin I can feel any contact through it like it's directly on my flesh and it's so creepy. I had to trim my nails shorter than they've been in two decades, and they're so flimsy they keep breaking higher than I can physically trim it. The second picture is a nail strengthener I slapped over it because I genuinely do not know what to do to keep them...
