I would like to give a special thanks to your employee Rachelle. I was interested in buying a specific type of bracelet and the company, FOPE, directed me to Cellini Jewelers. I had never been to this location before but I knew that I was dealing with a reputable jeweler being their location was on Madison Ave. I sent an email regarding what I was interested in and I was sent a reply by Rachelle. From that initial email, and all subsequent communications that followed, she treated me like a loyal customer of over 20 years and yet I was a complete stranger to her. She helped me in choosing the correct size and style, sent me images of the different styles and colors offered for this item and spoke with me by phone. Her customer service skills are impressive. I felt completely comfortable and at ease with making a large purchase over the phone and through email because of her professionalism. The bracelet arrived yesterday and the fit was spot on, its beautiful! Everything was as promised. I find it amazing that I did not even come physically into the store and yet she provided such amazing service to me. I love everything about the bracelet. I thank you again for choosing the right fit and style and placing the order for me from Italy. Rachelle went even above and beyond, sending the item to my home via Fedex, because I was concerned about travelling to the City due to the pandemic. New York City Police (NYPD) said that three thieves broke through the glass front of Cellini Jewelers near E. 56th St. at around 3:30 a.m. The group broke three display cases containing hundreds of thousands of dollars-worth of watches and other jewelry.
